The window drapes probably has never been cleaned and carpet was dirty. The bathroom shower had shower curtain and the shower walls could have stood a good cleaning. The breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly and polite. Oh, some of the wash cloths were very dingy.
- CHCole Hunter5 days ago2.0Had a two bed room for a school trip. Me and my friend got a room with a oily & smelly carpet (smelled like feet), a disgusting shower, and faulty mechanisms. We had the only small & barely functional tv compared to our roommates (who got the same tier room). neither ethernet ports worked, the door a handle in the hallway only opened pulling up, and everything metal in the room had noticeable rust in it. Not sure why we had a bad room but wouldn’t go here again.

The bin was extremely dirty. There was no room service until 4pm when we had to inquire about it. The breakfast was very basic. No iron stand. Not enough blankets and pillows were to sleep all the guests until we requested.old carpet, paint peeling off. With this kind of service and property we were compelled to checkout a day earlier by choice as we did not find it worthy to pay for this place anymore. Do not recommend.
- DTDemarcus ThomasJan 1, 20263.0It would be smart to have a laundry room on each floor as opposed to just a single small laundry room on the fourth floor that’s expected to get shared by the entire damn building and be sure to have a washer that’s labeled whenever it’s broken down and has mold. Also, room door locks need to be checked routinely to avoid having guests run around looking for a normal functioning room door, ie me!. Breakfast is pretty decent, the food area could be a lot more spacious and more waffle makers would be very convenient as well. They also could have did everyone a favor by never serving out those overly-crunchy pieces of bacon that shatter after one bite. Overall a major renovation for the hotel itself is DESPERATELY needed, especially their “gym”.

Couldn't sit to have a cigarette because the homeless people were sitting there. In our room the toilet didn't stop running and hair dryer didn't work with the cold temperature out side had to wait for hair to dry by itself so we missed out reservation for dinner. Furniture was wore . We had a king size bed with double wide sheets on it. Very disappointed in this Hilton. Will never stay there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HILTON. AND WE ARE GOLD MEMBERS AND WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
