Gross. Avoid this one if you appreciate cleanliness. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely run down from what I am used to seeing with a Hilton property. I was embarrassed to present this to my family as the place we were staying on vacation. Since it’s Orlando and close to Disney I could not find a suitable replacement hotel once we checked in and saw what the hotel looked like, so we dealt with it. The linens were clean but that is the extent of any good presentation. The carpets in all the main areas smelled and were obviously dirty and unkempt. The tile floors in the main areas were stained and looked like they had not been mopped in quite some time. The pool was closed for the duration of our stay and through the window looked like it has been for a while, green and stagnant. The room itself was very dated and the furniture very worn and rough looking. The bathroom fixtures in the tub and shower have rust streaks coming from their mounts. The carpet in the room was also worn and had a musty odor to it. We attempted to eat the breakfast the first morning but found that to be on-par with the rest of the hotel’s presentation. The dining area was also being used for storage with boxes piled next to the buffet. The oatmeal was nearly empty and burning at the bottom of the pot. Hard boiled eggs were outside of a chilled area in a bowl and the other “meat” and egg items were rubbery and unpalatable. We opted to go up the road to find actual healthy food to eat, I did not want to take the chance of getting sick from the hotels options and from what I saw, that was very likely. I will avoid this location going forward and honestly, avoid any hotels managed by this franchisee Roedel/RGH as their standards are obviously not as high as other Hilton Franchise partners. I am not certain why a management company would look at this location and think “this is fine”. I have not seen this before from a Hilton property so If you are used to a decent clean hotel with no odors, edible food and working amenities, look elsewhere. There are many other hotels in the area run by other companies that are far nicer than this one for the same money if you are booking in advance. If you find out too late, you might not find other options.

This hotel needs a major update. The lobby seemed ok.
But the Rooms and hallways.....
All the door handles, and light fixtures had rust or mold on them (see pictures) there was hair on the bed spread and what looked like lipstick on the mirror.
Staff was friendly.

Title: Disappointed with new fees and room maintenance
I have always chosen this hotel because it is spacious, cozy, and, until now, did not charge extra fees for receiving packages. However, this time I was very disappointed. After check-in, when I went to pick up some boxes delivered by Amazon, I was charged $20 for 5 boxes and $5 for each additional box. I asked the front desk attendant to show me where this new policy was stated, but she couldn’t provide any information and only said it was a decision made by the hotel manager.
In addition, the room had several maintenance issues: weak shower pressure, a loose toilet flush handle, and a bathtub faucet that doesn’t close completely.
Unfortunately, due to these issues and the lack of transparency regarding the new fees, I will no longer stay at this hotel, which is disappointing since it used to be my first choice in the area.

We’ve stayed at plenty of Hampton Inn locations over the years and typically choose Hampton Inn based on knowing the hotel and rooms are very nice and well maintained. This location needs a major upgrade, new carpet in the hallways, new paint (lots of chipped paint), new light fixtures, rust everywhere on the lamps, anything metal in nature in the room had rust on it. Picture in our room was missing off the wall, fixtures by the sink were missing and could see different colored paint from the rest of the walls. Vanity was all scrapped up on the bottom and damaged. Wallpaper in the bathroom was curling and coming off the walls. Desk chair appeared damaged, wobbly and unsafe to sit in. The lightening in the room reminded us of a rundown creepy motel. The TV guide showed you had 40 channels to choose from yet the TV literally only offered maybe a handful of channels at best. Tried to tune to channel 2 or 28 nope not an option. You were stuck with the main news channels like NBC, CBS, etc. The beds in the room were up to the standards of a Hampton Inn which were one of the few good things. The front areas of the hotel are nice and appear up to the standard of a Hampton Inn. The rest of the hotel is subpar at best. The staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. Overall this hotel needs a major upgrade to meet the Hampton Inn standards if you’re accustomed to staying in really nice clean and well maintained Hampton Inn hotels like we’re accustomed to. We would not stay at this hotel again unless they’ve made upgrades. I don’t see how Management and/or Hampton Inn corporate headquarters can’t see this hotel is in need of some major repairs and improvements.
