  Disappointed as I have stayed in other Hampton Inns and usually they are very decent. But not this one! Old and in desperate need of renovation. Room was smelly. And they did not have soap bars to refill bathrooms!! The room has a cheap roadside motel vibe, for the same price of cleaner and newer hotels.

  Couldn’t be more disappointed. I’m ok with dated, but dated, dirty and totally run down are 2 different things. It’s apparent that this hotel is high traffic and is used and abused. There’s fuzzy dust that’s gotten hard and crusty around the bathroom baseboards. The a/c unit is literally falling apart. The sheets were rough and worn like sand. Pillows were tiny and had to ball them up. Toilet ran all day and night. They don’t even supply hand soap. AND we paid over $200 a night with taxes. Will stay on Disney property next time. This is the hotel that Hilton forgot.

  Absolutely awful hotel to stay at! Extremely Outdated, microwave was loaded with rust as were light fixtures. Shower seam was completely open and water would come out of the seam while showering. Carpets all need to be replaced and our one bed has junk all over the sheets. Definitely not up to Hampton name standards. Upon complaint the hotel did nothing stating they were completely booked and we received an “exclusive” discounted rate when we booked. A discounted rate should not mean you get a horrible room. The hotel wanted to offer us points? I never want to stay here again. This has been reported to the BBB, and the hotel association as well as Hilton corporate. Do not waste your money here!

  We had to stay here for a tournament. It was very expensive for the level of cleanliness and dinginess it offered. Let's start with some positives, the staff. The staff at this hotel was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Many of the staff are not English speakers but they tried so hard & were so sweet!! The location is ok, it is near a lot of things. BUT the traffic in the area is awful and it takes 20 min to go 1.4 miles down the road. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Heated up, pre frozen omelettes, sausage, and delicious potatoes on one day. The other day we had fake eggs, a yummy cut up sausage & the delicious potatoes again! They do have the waffle maker, bagels, cereal, and fruit too. Lots of options! And the breakfast staff...so sweet! The hotel needs to be renovated. There was only 1 elevator working! This was frustrating and inconvenient for sure! The room was borderline disgusting. The carpet is old and dingy. There were some questionable spots on the carpet that appeared wet, they were not! The bathroom was falling apart. The shower was very stained and gross. The towels and sheets were clean, so that is a plus. The WORST part was that we got locked out of our room. My daughter and I left the room together & when we attempted to get in with our key, it was showing that the inside latch was locked. We asked the very kind house keeping woman to help. She could not get in. I had to go back downstairs & alert the front desk. Apparently the house keeping staff do not have walkie talkies to let the front desk know any situations like ours. After spending 5 minutes to get down stairs and then back up again, a nice maintenance man came to help. He tried a few different things, nothing worked. He then figured out it was the batteries in the door mechanism...he ran off and got new batteries. Thankfully this situation happened around 10am...I can't imagine if this was in the middle of the night and I was locked out. As far as a Hilton goes, they need to get their quality assurance team out there and bring this hotel up to the standards of a Hilton. Again, the staff is A+...the rooms D-

  Water in the sink will not get hot, not even warm. The breakfast is a joke with warm juices, but there are cute Mickey shaped waffle irons the kids will like. I suggest Embassy Suites for a proper breakfast. Called for towles at 9 AM, at 12 PM went down to the lobby for them just to be told that the towels were being washed and they had none clean due to being fully booked. WHAT?!? NO towels just because your rooms are full? This place does not meet Hilton standards. I regret not reading the reviews prior to booking, because the negatives are all true. They desperately need and upgrade, especially getting rid of the gross carpet.
