  We visited during a BJJ tournament and really enjoyed our stay. We arrived around midnight and check in was smooth since they were properly staffed. Our team was clean and the facility is up to date and well kept. Breakfast was ready at 6AM and had everything we needed; waffles, pancakes, fruit, scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc. We needed to cut our stay short since one of our kids got sick and they were very helpful and accommodated us with no problems. Joseph did an outstanding job assisting us during our experience. You can tell he was sincerely interested in helping us out and ensuring we were satisfied which was comforting. Overall a great experience! We will return soon!

  We got married, and part of our honeymoon was spending our first night at the Hampton Inn Kissimmee. It was a lovely experience. The front desk staff were so kind and friendly when we arrived; they made us feel special. The next day, when we left, Lavita, the service desk attendant, was the first person we saw in the morning. She was so kind... she stole my heart by giving us this bag of snacks for our honeymoon trip. I highly recommend this hotel; it's very well located, with restaurants and shops nearby, and it has good prices.

  We traveled with a special needs human and asked for connecting rooms assuming we could control the connection. Nope. So our connected room used the double lock on the front door and then in the am walked into our room and the connecting door locked behind him. What now? Zero sympathy or understanding of what to do. The native english speaking woman unable to smile (no name tag, African American) dismissed as she didnt speak English. The native Spanish speaking housekeeping manager jumped in and said she would try to resolve the isse and apologized. She resolved the issue as a good Associate. They other lady, time for a happy check up management.

  We stayed here in April of 2025, absolutely the worse Hampton experience we ever had. It started when we arrived and there was no luggage carts available. I had to go looking for one from a previous user. During showers we lost hot water repeatedly but then the water itself turned of for 30 seconds at a time. Then came back on Ice cold and another minute or so to get warm again. This wasn't a one-time event, it happened over and over during our stay. I just booked our travel for this year and even though this was closer to our destination we picked another Hampton further North where we have had great experiences previous. We had been waiting for this one to open since it would be closer for us. We won't be going back here. The front desk was useless and didn't seem to care at all about our issues.

  Room very loud with multiple fans, of which one can not be switched off. Asked reception how to make it stop, they said hotel is old and filters must keep going since Covid time as mandated by law (?). Front desk unhelpful at best, unable to provide simple recommendations on restaurants nearby for dinner. Location is fine, walking distance to a mall area with restaurants, coffee and shops.
