Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South has 40,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and banquet facilities. This includes the 15,000-sq. ft. Palms Ballroom, the 5,000- sq. ft. Magnolia Ballroom and 15 flexible breakout rooms. Our ten small boardrooms accommodate meetings for up to eight people. I am at a conference so I don't have a rental car. The gift shop was great, but I would have liked to have a cup with a location or logo stamp.

I’m a veteran traveling with my family, and after a rough experience at another hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton stepped up in a way I’ll never forget. I called Hilton directly, and a representative named Victor went above and beyond to help us out and get us situated immediately. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with genuine hospitality and professionalism. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what we needed. My wife and I really enjoyed the complimentary drinks last night, and our kids had an absolute blast in the pool. What started as a stressful day turned into a complete 360 thanks to the team here. This hotel truly saved our trip, and my family and I are extremely grateful. Thank you to everyone at Embassy Suites for taking such good care of us. Highly recommend.

When I landed I got a notification that the room I booked was bumped down to a lower floor(I dread lower floors) I immediately got on the phone with the hotel they apologized and offered the Premium King Suite. Thank you! The room was huge and comes with complimentary snacks. Clean room. The breakfast was good as always. And the hotel is located by good and shopping.
- SJScott JohnsonOct 25, 20255.0The rooms are large and clean. They have small refrigerators and microwaves but no kitchettes. There are 3 sinks so everyone can get ready at the same time. Great breakfast and free happy hour snacks. You have to pay for parking. I think this is overkill because it's away from everything else so it should be free as there are no free options. I tried Embassy this trip but I definitely will go back to my other usual resort I use for my Orlando trips because their prices are a little cheaper, they have free parking, free breakfast and same size room.
