Our car was also safe for the night, which we appreciated. The compliments stop there. There was one young man handling check ins all by himself when we arrived at night while someone who appeared to be a manager let us all stack up without helping him. Walls are paper thin and we were kept up through the night by a crying baby next door, it's parents, and sirens. The shower has a huge step up and a weird curtain that wraps around the whole thing... Would not be suitable for older folks or the disabled. Of the 4 places we stayed in December, this one was the worst and among the most expensive. There's a $200 damage deposit which takes close to a week to drop off your card. For about half the price, this would have been an actual value. For reference, our room was a second floor efficiency.
