  Secret little Gem right in the middle of great shopping, restaurants and quietly at night you'll get a glimpse of the little Bambis coming out of the gorgeous lush greens next to the resort. I finally slept for almost 3 days straight. I travel alot and lucky to sleep. 3-4 hrs a night. Since October ive stayed with friends ,they finally had to ask us to leave.lol There is a limit and I live local. We were welcomed back after the gap days. When trying to accommodate needs for the amount of family and friends nearby, the location was convenient. The hospitality staff are just darn cute and funny. October the Giant Grim skeleton was too funny. Along with voting for three different displays of what Halloween means to the staff ,I believe that maids one that. Sorry maintenance I voted for you. Thank you for bringing the wheelchair over ,it was too heavy and hot for me to take in car. Im hoping to come back soon. I could use another good night sleep.

  Besides offering hotel rooms to the public, this facility is part of a timeshare called Hilton Grand Vacations. At night, the office door is hard to locate and totally dark. You cannot simply show up and rent a room at the front desk; you must book and pay online. The total price includes a mandatory, unadvertised resort fee. I could hear TV and voices clearly through the door connecting to the next room. The sofa bed was flush with and perpendicular to the sliding door of the closet, making the most useful half of the closet (the side with a clothes rod) unusable unless I moved the sofa. The toilet was stopped up. The bathroom had no ventilation fan.

  For the location, this is exactly what we needed. It was cleaner than we expected after our initial view of the interior decor. Our car was also safe for the night, which we appreciated. The compliments stop there. There was one young man handling check ins all by himself when we arrived at night while someone who appeared to be a manager let us all stack up without helping him. Walls are paper thin and we were kept up through the night by a crying baby next door, it's parents, and sirens. The shower has a huge step up and a weird curtain that wraps around the whole thing... Would not be suitable for older folks or the disabled. Of the 4 places we stayed in December, this one was the worst and among the most expensive. There's a $200 damage deposit which takes close to a week to drop off your card. For about half the price, this would have been an actual value. For reference, our room was a second floor efficiency.

  Me incomoda mucho que hicimos una reservación donde dice que el parqueadero es gratis y cuando llegamos acá nos dicen que es obligatorio pagar 11 dólares por el uso del parqueadero y las zonas comunes, le digo que sólo voy a estar 5 horas y que no voy a usar zonas comunes, solo el Parqueadero y sin embargo me indican que es obligatorio pagarlo.
