  Nice enough hotel, but charged me for resort fees & taxes when my reservation clearly stated it was included in my rate & no charges were due at checkout. The hotel staff member refused my reservation printout stating this & took a screenshot of my paper. No one contacted me after that. I contacted Best Western twice about getting the charges reversed. The hotel claimed they contacted me about this matter, but they didn’t. Being a BW platinum member, I am truly disappointed in the deception. The rooms are not quiet & free shuttle to the parks are not aligned with park hours so inconvenient.

  Josue at check in was great! Very helpful and friendly. At check out, the lady at the front desk was knowledgeable in answering my questions about the room charges. The wifi didn’t work in our room, only in the lobby and dining area.

  03/20/26 es mi primera vez hospedada con mi familia en este hotel y estamos muy agradecidos con la atención empezando en la recepción con Josué nos explicó muy bien los horarios del desayuno y piscina fue muy amable y la verdad que nuestra habitación estaba increíble ya que tengo dos niñas pequeñas soy muy meticulosa con la limpieza pero la verdad estaba súper limpia y me encantó que el baño estaba con el olor a recién limpiado, así que por nuestra parte recomendaría al 💯 este hotel , gracias por sus atenciones y esperamos poder volver

  After multiple days of flight cancellations and an exhausting travel nightmare, Aurelia at the Best Western truly came in clutch. It’s spring break and everything in the area was completely sold out, so we were feeling pretty hopeless after a very long day trying to get home. At 2:15 AM, we walked in with two exhausted adults and two very tired kids, not expecting much luck. Aurelia greeted us with kindness and patience and somehow managed to find us a room when we really needed it most. In that moment, it meant everything to our family to finally have a place to rest. Travel days like that can be incredibly stressful, but Aurelia’s willingness to help and her positive attitude made a huge difference. She turned a really rough night into a manageable one, and we’re incredibly grateful. Thank you, Aurelia, for going above and beyond during such a busy time!
