    I don’t care if it’s high season or a last minute booking. These rooms, and this hotel, do not justify more per night than the Mandarin Oriental in Manhattan. $90 per night quality. $900 per night price. As would be typical for a $90 per night room, this is what I got: Testing fire alarms. Once every 3 minutes. Inside the room. Ear splitting screeching. 4 days straight. 6 hours a day. Rendering the room 100% uninhabitable during the day. A door that doesn’t even lock. Thank goodness for the latch up top. A broken phone that simply didn’t work. A chirping noise due to an electrical fault right next to the head of the bed. Impossible to sleep. WiFi that has zero range, combined with 1 bar of cell service resulting in barely being able to even send texts. And yes. Literally UNDER the flight path, resulting in wall-shaking roaring from planes every so often. Curtains blocked from fully closing. Intentionally set so you CANT close them. Walls and floors so thin I could clearly hear people talking (and snoring). As far as $900 level rooms go, this was an F. I would’ve given it 3 stars at $90.

    Probably the best value with free breakfast at Key West. Clean and quiet. The rooms and pool are a bit small though. Everything else is fine.

    Great location but also loud location. Literally at the airport runway. But the Florida Straits are right across the road. Sunrises are easy to see. Annoying to pay for parking, even if you are staying on-site.

    Muy buen hotel. El lunar es que no hicieron el aseo en la habitación y no arreglaron lS camas. Una falta grave en esta excelente cadena a la q he ido en tres diferentes hoteles y siempre había sido excelente. El desayuno y el transporte al downtown son otro buen punto. No pude comunicarme con el front desk.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel due to their extremely inflexible refund policy. We faced a genuine emergency that made it impossible for us to travel, yet the hotel refused to refund the full amount. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the staff. Instead of showing empathy or offering any solution, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. To add to this, they even disconnected the call in the middle of our conversation, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful. While I understand that policies exist, customer service should still be guided by compassion and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how our situation was handled.
