The friendly front desk staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with check-in and check-out, and providing valuable information about Key West. The bartenders were also exceptional, personable, and attentive to our needs. The shuttle service to and from the airport and downtown was a huge plus, and Cleon, the bus driver, was a great resource who recommended the excellent Boathouse restaurant. Overall, we had nothing but positive experiences and would definitely stay again.

Mercy was so sweet checking us in, too. Quiet area of town, minus the airport right next door. Big clean pool, food is much better off the property, which is to be expected.

Cela fait deux semaines que nous voyageons dans les keys, les locaux sont prêt à accueillir, à rendre service ici mais ici vous pouvez oubliez ça. Pas de chargeur, pas d’avices et presque un peu de mauvaise fois. Bref ne venez pas ici you can found better here.
- KKKeithNov 10, 20254.0Pretty good hotel. Location is a bit out of the way. Right next to the airport with jets taking off every once in a while. You have to cross the busy highway if you want to walk next to the water. There were a couple of issues that we needed to be fixed. The floor was dirty. After walking a little bit you would end up with brown dirty feet. Other was the safe was not working. They did mopped the door and was good after that. Safe was never fixed. Rooms were large. Ac was good. Had a balcony it didn’t use it. View of palm trees about 10 feet away. Loved the shuttle service to downtown.

We love they have shuttle not only to/from the airport but also to Malory Square. We selected a pool view room which also got us a view of the ocean - room 232!! Upon arrival the first day, we decided to eat a late lunch at the hotel. We ordered the Cuban Sandwich. It was worth it!! The breakfast buffet was the normal one you find at most hotel. It wasn’t outstanding but it did the job. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The property was very clean especially around the pool. What really set this hotel apart was the friendly staff. The front desk ladies were amazing with all my questions/concerns. I had to have an overnight package sent to me and the staff called me the minute it arrived. I highly recommend this hotel!! Great price for what you get.
