When our TV was not working , and couldn't be fixed , Sam physically helped us move to a new room the next day and adjusted our room price. The food was great, can walk to some restaurants. My only complaint was that the rooms both had a musty smell although no carpets and Hilton did many updates to rooms. I have an bad allergy to mold, so i wanted to do this review if others might also have a mold allergy. Also their policy is to clean rooms every other day at this location.

Eventually we got a call back, manager Nick said he was there the entire time he never came out. They offered us 1 night free stay in place of my AirPods and said they believed their staff. If I didn’t have to catch a flight I would hve called the cops. Will NEVER stay here again.

It was an extremely stressful situation. Thankfully, Sam at the front desk stepped in and completely turned things around. She helped us very quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Thanks to her dedication and calm attitude, everything was resolved and our experience became a great one. I’m truly grateful to Sam for going above and beyond during such a difficult moment. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of, especially on a holiday. Thank you, Sam!

This is one of the best Hampton Inn's I have ever stayed at. The place is clean, updated, has amazing views, is well maintained and has team who cares. One of the most convenient places to stay in key west if you want to relax. This a gem in Key West. Thanks for providing a great experience for me and my family.
