  Casa Marina was the ~perfect~ location for our wedding. When we came to tour the resort, we knew that we had to get married there! Blaire Blechinger showed us the property and was so sweet to us during our stay. We then worked with Marina Ray who helped us execute the most perfect wedding day. The entire Casa Marina staff is absolutely amazing, from Gabe the bartender, to Chad the waiter, to Chip with Encore, to Patrick at the front desk, absolutely incredible all around. This venue is one for the books and defiantly has a reputation of being the nicest wedding venue in Key West. We are so incredibly happy and would recommend Casa Marina over and over and over again. Can't wait to go back and celebrate our anniversaries for years to come. Our guests were amazed at how the green space transformed into the most magical night, it was more than we could have ever even dreamed of. Cue the happy tears! We highly recommend Casa Marina for all of your events, whether it be for a quick weekend trip to the Keys or for your wedding day! Chefs kiss.

  If I'm honest, I don't understand the bad reviews about this hotel. We had almost perfect experience. Almost is because of the check in time, BUT the receptionists did everything they could, to make my experience better. Hotel was really full, the room wasn't available for early check in, which is fine, meanwhile we spend a bit time at the pool, but at 4pm, what is regular check in time, the room still wasn't ready. As apology i got a credit to spend in bars/restaurants there, which is great. In general every single employee was really friendly, kind and helpful! The hotel is amazing, the beach does have enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Also great, that they have two pools, one adults only and one family pool. Valet parking guys are great and helping with luggage, opening car doors etc! We had a breakfast at Flagler's, we ordered a la carte, but they also offering breakfast buffet. My kids did love they pancakes! And my avocado on sourdough bread was amazing! Also service was amazing! We had a room in a suite wing, everything was perfect, really nice suite, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely come back!

  Overall not satisfied with 5 star rating and the service and the room condition. We booked ocean view king room and they allocated a room which barely has any view in it and i had paid a grand for it. I asked front desk to give me another room and they provided me an upgrade of ocean view with balcony for $85/night. We have requested front desk to move our luggage from old room to new room (upgraded) and they left our selfie stick in the old room only. During checkout we told them that we are not able to find our selfie stick, they told us to create a lost item request and they will help us ship the item. When they found the item now they are asking me to pay for the label which is more than the value of item hence I would prefer discarding the item. Rooms were pretty average and if you stay in 3 star hotel you'll get same room. Overall, pathetic service. We requested to get our room clean and we were assured it will be done but when we came back our room was in same condition as we left it. Same experience in breakfast, I have requested an egg white omelet and I have been told that they can't do egg white as they don't have the material. I asked them if they have egg they can take the yellow yolk out and that will make it egg white. Common sense but the manager just came to me and informed they can't honour my request. Then I told them that you can't honour my request in a-la-carte but in your buffet live counter your chef is giving egg white omelet and at that moment the manager told me that they can honour my request. So they are not customer obsessed and not looking to solve the problem but just deny the request. Overall the only good thing about this property is it's private beach and nothing else.

  We were greeted by valet/bellhop with a smile. Very helpful. Check in was friendly and painless, with help directing us to our rooms. Rooms were nice and clean, spacious. Bathroom a little small. Enjoyed the balcony and view of the pool and ocean. The grounds were well kept. Only thing it could have had was a freezer and a microwave. We did talk to concierge for our best options getting around Key West. She was not helpful, in fact she was very rude and with snyde remarks. I did make mention of this incident to the service desk and was told they usually are third party, and it was not the first time the service desk has had a complaint from this same women. Regardless of third party or not it looks bad on Hilton and this is why i scored the “service” with a lower score. Very disappointing with her help, we managed to figure things out on our own.

  My friends and I had booked a day pass with a private cabana at the Adults Only pool and were looking forward to a relaxing day. Everything seemed well until our server, Uygar, ruined the experience. I rarely write negative reviews but this soiled what was supposed to be a fun day with friends. After being there for about an hour or so and providing a credit card to TWO different people to ensure our cabana and drinks were covered, he accused us of trying to skip out on payment - even though we were literally just hanging out in the pool during this interaction. We complied and gave him the card. Later when he got a couple drinks wrong, he said and I quote "I am a good listener and don't make mistakes. You ordered it wrong". First, we didn't order it wrong. Second, even if so, you let us know you will fix it. Easy. He made us so uncomfortable and was rude the whole time - it really ruined the experience. Side note: Other staff were great, especially at the restaurant by the beach. Advice: If you are going to the Adults Only Pool - avoid Uygar. Updated to correct spelling.
