  I called the Best Western hotel to request some information, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee who answered the phone, Alex, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He hung up on me several times while I was trying to ask simple questions. I was only calling to get information, and I expected respectful customer service. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better customer service training to their staff in the future.

  Nice hotel. The front desk workers were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with the breakfast area being spacious and clean. Would Stu here again if we were ever in the area again.

  Room was very nice, but too close to the elevator, breakfast was basically COLD meat and eggs. Switch to waffle device not set to crispy so was soft, no plain syrup.

  First of all I’m a person that doesn’t like writing bad reviews I like giving the benefit of the doubt. But I don’t like how this place treats it’s client. I made a reservation and noticed that it was for another day instead of what I wanted I called the hotel and the manager approved to make the change I appreciated that. but they never did the change when Expedia contacted them. End of the story they stayed with my money didn’t change the date or refunded my money. If that’s the way they do business I feel bad for them. I recommend everyone stay away from this place if you want a fair treatment.

  Recently stayed at the Best Western Kendall as unfortunatly my husband was admited into the hospital while on vacation in Key West and flown to Miami. The best part about this hotel is the customer service. Gabriel at the front desk was excellent and helpful. A big shout out to the manager on duty Friday January 23, 2026 - My husband was discharged and we were able to get a flight out of Miami back home to Missouri. She was so kind to waive any cancelletion penalties due to our circumstances. The hotel is clean, and has appropriate amenties. Comp breakfast has all the usual items you would expect. The yogurt machine and the condiments (frozen fruit, fresh blueberries, granola, almonds, raisens) were an added touch along with the hot oatmeal that was not "soupy". The location is excellent with walking distance to the mall and various eating establishments. Duffy's restaurant was very good - sports bar but with a menu with a bit more than burgers and fries. Highly recommend the Best Western - it is not the fanciest hotel and probably will need a soft goods upgrade soon but it is clean and has all of the appropriate amenties. Again - big shout out to the customer service and staff.
