  Decent location overall because of where it’s at. Comfortable mattresses, most of the guest service agents are friendly, and the stay was affordable. However, they didn’t seem to care when we mentioned our fridge was broken, which can be a problem for people who need to store medication etc. They also don’t have extra bathroom towels, which was a first. They’ll kindly give you pool towels - no big deal. But kind of weird.

  Here on business. Staff kind of funny acting, they don’t even speak or acknowledge you, act as if you’re bothering them. parking in back is not well lit. Crammed between an office building and public storage.Raccoons bigger than me. Kind of scary. Couldn’t sleep bc kids and adults running down the hall, slamming doors, slamming things. You can’t get any rest. Another thing. I was supposed to get turnover service but it didn’t happen, ive been here a week, i found out bc when I went out of town for new years, on a Wednesday, came back on following Monday, my room was some what clean, pulled the covers back and crumbs from last Wednesday were still in the bed and the lint from my socks as well. In the Bathroom pubes that are not even my ethnicity in and around the tub. It doesn’t look clean. Counters were not wiped down. They need to give this place a little bit more TLC. At the rate they charge ,you would expect more. The only good thing is this place is surrounded by good food spots and shopping areas. edit: that sound good but i know what i saw and i know what was not done. I was gone out the hotel for 5 days. How can you make a bed without checking to see if there was crumbs and sock lint. Or bc the room looks clean doesn’t mean don’t wipe it down. Regardless of what you write, my truth is my truth. Just do better is all I’m saying.

  Great hotel! Clean room and it was very reasonably priced, in comparison to some others around. Actually the cheapest and best hotel we have had so far- and we’re even got a suite. Breakfast was really really good!! We didn’t have too high of expectations, because it’s a continental breakfast, but it is probably in my top 2 hotel breakfasts ever! Eggs were seasoned well and pastries were fresh. Definitely would choose this hotel again!

  The rooms are great service is great I hate the accommodations or lack there of. I paid for 3 nights full Price and only stayed 1 day and no accommodation was allowed they wouldn’t even here of it I paid for Friday because my flight landed at 100 got to hotel probably 200 am no early check in for us travelers had to pay for Sunday because my flight left at 6 and check out was 11 so their should be accommodation for people who travel such as a early check in for the day of travel I should have been able to pay for 200 am and later check outs I should have been able to just pay for a later check out

  The room was clean, had enough space. Had everything you needed in the room, the staff was professional and courteous. The location was amazing, your literally in the heart of Miami access to Multiple stores restaurants movie theater and so much more. But for me was the Staff that made my experience with the hotel just Outstanding, they were so accommodating to our needs during our stay there for my Sisters wedding throughout the full 24 hrs of the day. Thank you!
