  I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a few nights. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the location since it was close to restaurants and other convenient spots. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

  I had my parents stay at the Best Western in Kendall while their house was being tented. The room was comfortable for them and had a kitchen with small stove, refrigerator, plates and utensils. There was a table for 4 where they could sit to eat. There was a tv in the common area (living room) and another tv in the bedroom. The bedroom was a nice size and the common area was comfortable.

  The hotel is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the attitude of the front desk staff member Gabriel leaves much to be desired. He is a rude person who seems to forget that he is in a position where he should show more courtesy toward the hotel’s guests. Ignoring guests, being rough, and doing other things instead of helping them is unacceptable.

  I felt like a burden to the front desk. Terrible customer service. Staying here for work and I had just walked back to the hotel from dinner, went to vending machine for a bottle of water and there was none so I asked the front desk staff for a bottle of water. He told me to check 3rd floor vending. So I went up to 3rd and vending was out of order. Went back down to lobby, mind you, I’m tired as hell and the front desk guy got me hiking around this hotel with my leftovers, back and forth, up and down. I told him there was no water up on 3rd, he sighed and said, “ok but I’m only giving you this water as a special exception.” I’m sorry that is something very basic a hotel should provide. Either in a vending machine or from behind the desk and no guest should feel bad for asking for water. There is no gas station near by. Maybe he thought I should’ve door dashed a bottle of water. It’s basic customer service and all he had to do is say, “sorry for the inconvenience, here is a complimentary bottle of water for you.”

  I stayed here for my surgery I was having close by and I’m very pleased with my stay! I had my family with me so having the pool was great for the kids, breakfast was amazing! I loved the variety and housekeeping was AWESOME! Those ladies are very hard workers and take their jobs seriously! I appreciate that so much , thank you for the great week!
