  In the first room we were given, the handicap shower stall drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom. Had to pack up and change rooms. Then the room we were given had various articles of clothing left in bathroom and dresser drawer, had to have cleaning service come in to "clean". Now being over charged for our stay, trying to reach management. so far left 3 messages and nor reply yet. Will update when resolved. The view and walkway was the attraction, but after this no so anymore.

  Staff was pleasant. The rooms were clean. Water was hot. Breakfast was more Continental style, although they did provide eggs, sausages, and potatoes. The LED lighting was too white and harsh. We chose to keep the lights off while in the room. The AC/PTAC unit appeared to be new, but the exterior wall opening was not trimmed out around the unit, leaving a large gap around the perimeter of the AC unit. Sliding bathroom doors were dated and didn't function smoothly. Unit doors were not sealed, and allowed for much corridor noises. SECURITY WAS A CONCERN. There was no security lighting on the sides of the building, which made for dicey access to the Riverwalk at night. The rear exit doors were propped open all night because, I was told, the card accesses to those doors were broken. There were no access cards installed at the exterior pool gate, allowing for any non-guest access. Outside pool looks much nicer in the photo... the water appeared dirty, and staff was actually hosing dirty water from the perimeter patio INTO the pool. Not a destination hotel, but OK for the price.
