  We felt safe here and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The pool and pool area are very nice. We walked to the beach and local attractions. The seafood restaurant next door was good and very convenient. The shower/bathtub lever was a little wonky but not a huge deal...Will stay again.

  Beware ! My daughter was on vacation with her best friends family. Her wallet was found, returned to the front desk, camera footage confirmed the contents of her wallet were intact. The wallet was subsequently stolen by an employee. Again confirmed by the hotels general manager. The hotel is legally responsible for safeguarding the property returned and to provide restitution. However, now the manager refuses to return my calls. The hotel owner refuses to acknowledge the multiple emails I sent to him directly. IHG said they won’t take responsibility bc it’s a “privately owned” establishment. Stay away, bring your business elsewhere, especially if you don’t want your belongings stolen by staff.

  We had a great time at this hotel. Restaurant next door was Excellent and received a discount for staying at the hotel. There is a ramp to beach access down the sidewalk about half a block away. The beach access points are adorable little cut throughs that glimpse thr ocean; they have benches and foot showers. The hotel will rent out bicycles, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. Sunrise at the beach was inspired! The only issue we had with hotel is we could not locate an ice machine. But oh well. Breakfast was great. Pool was warm, and the fitness center overlooks the pool. It only has a treadmill, an elliptical, and a bench with 10-60 lbs dumbells. But it's something to get the job done if you need it. If not, I ran a 4 mile loop up from the hotel and back up the Ocean street and felt very safe. All around we thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay in the charming Juno Beach, at the Holiday Inn Express!

  It’s a love/hate relationship with this hotel. The location is AMAZING. Literally minutes walk from the beach and so much stuff nearby. The pool is great. The morning breakfast is great. WiFi? Nah. Don’t even think about trying to use a streaming device. I mean, there is WiFi, but it’s useless for the most part even on my phone for browsing FB. Rooms: I’ve had 4 so far, probably 5 or 6 by the time I’m done with this work trip. I’ve stayed in both “Building B” and “C”. Both of them have different qualities of rooms. On my first stay, 1st floor of “C”, the room was nice and comfortable, but felt dated. It was recently renovated but just like a “new tv, fresh paint, new bathroom counter” type of renovation. Still not complaining though, as it was a great room. The showers though, it would either be lukewarm, or burn-your-skin-off hot. Shower and bathtub were pretty dated. I was relocated to the second floor of “C” later in the returning work trip, and it was like a completely different hotel. Way nicer, even more modern and the showers were great. Big walk in glass door showers with the barn door style bathroom door, etc. Big TVs too, probably 50 or 55” maybe? Then im in “B” and the room is also fantastic. About the same as the nice one I had in “C”. Now I’m in another one in “B” but the room, albeit has the same modern style and new look, is kind of dirty. Pubes in the shower floor. Dirty marks all over the shower walls, and the mini fridge is filthy. Looks like someone spilled something all over inside a long time ago and it was never cleaned up. Still not a bad room though. Just worthy of mentioning.

  Zimmer war ekelhaft, roch schimmelig, alles war feucht, der Teppich stand vor Dreck, war klebrig, Haare und tote Insekten im Bad, absolut schrecklich. Im Pool schwammen ganze Haarbüschel. Am Eingang zu den Zimmern stand ein Mülleimer, randvoll, nebendran stand schon Müll, auch nach 3 Tagen wurde dieser nicht geleert. Die Anlage als solches ist sehr hübsch, schade, dass kein Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren und ist am Strand. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch das sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption (bis auf eine Ausnahme am Ostermontag)
