  An adequate hotel. Came to Florida to get here one day early due to a snowstorm. Heading to a hotel in Palm Beach. Was great for that purpose. Would not stay here as a destination.

  Two stars based only because the proximity to the beach was great. The hotel is about one block from a wonderful stretch of water, and it is within walking distance of the Loggerhead Turtle Rescue, which is absolutely worth visiting. Beyond location, the experience was disappointing. At check-in, I was told there was no bottle-filling station and purchased two waters for $8, only to later discover one located approximately 15 feet from the desk. We arrived late and found the building doors unlocked. They remained unlocked throughout our stay, which raised safety concerns. The WiFi in our room did not work. We waited on hold for about 10 minutes before giving up the first evening. During breakfast, both coffee machines were not functioning. Another guest notified the front desk, but no action was taken at that time. I later called again regarding the WiFi and was initially asked in a condescending manner whether I knew how to access it. I explained that I was able to connect in the clubhouse, but not in the room. I was told to wait as it was “probably down.” Only after clarifying that it had been down since the previous night was someone sent to check it. The rooms were clean but basic at most. Felt like an old motel for a hotel price. At checkout, the guest ahead of me had billing questions and was told to calm down. While retrieving his phone, the staff member spoke negatively about him to me. Another guest cut the line with my permission, and similar comments were made about him. The staff member was also dismissive toward a FedEx employee who was simply doing her job. Overall, aside from the location, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

  Rooms are nice and clean. Front desk personal are friendly. We have a partial ocean view really nice. Location is great for our activities. May stay again!!

  Nice until it gets dark and all the little German cockroaches come out. In the bathroom, by the microwave, the walls, the floors. Had to pack up everything and get it up high. Would have left but it was 1am and kids were sleeping. Left first thing in the morning and will not be back. This place has a lot of potential hopefully they remedy the situation.
