At the end of the lakeside boardwalk in the European-styled Tapestry Park village, with its restaurants and shops a quick walk away, you’ll find the Hotel Indigo® Jacksonville Deerwood Park hotel. While our neighborhood was once dubbed “Hollywood East,” today our hotel’s attentive team members, stylish decor and distinctive amenities invite intrepid travelers to make our neighborhood their temporary home. We’re pet friendly, have a gorgeous outdoor pool, and an event space that can handle up to 100 for business or social occasions. We also host Silent Sundays, in partnership with Norman Studios Silent Film Museum, with silent films, popcorn and post film discussions for a $5 admission, benefiting the museum’s refurbishment efforts.

A special shoutout to Elena (front desk) who provided exceptional service and made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

However the service I received from Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park was exceptional! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk and she was incredible! Funny, helpful & extremely nice she’s awesome. The chef/ bartender Stephen was also amazing! The staff here is what makes this place so different!!! Hands down Melissa & Stephen were all-stars and truly made my stay remarkable! I usually go in and re-wipe down surfaces because I know housekeeping has a big job to do in a short timeframe but everything I wiped was spotless clean! Housekeeping is obviously working hard as well. Overall the stay was a great experience and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

When we first got there I was really disappointed because I wanted the hot tub to be working.. the next day the chef named Steve and one of the maintenance guys named Ken went out of their way to fix it for me so we could enjoy Saturday in the hot tub.. They went above and beyond.. Steve's food was amazing too. I'm definitely coming back.. Thank you so much for making my Birthday special.

I went to use the hairdryer and it was absolutely disgusting which then had me concerned for the cleanliness of other things. Pictures attached. There was literally somebody else’s hair on it and filled with gross dust. Embarrassing after spending almost $600 for 3 nights.
