  Excellent customer service by Melody. We arrived late due to transportation issues and she went above and beyond to help us check in and everything. The world would be a better place If there were more people in the world like Melody. Thank you so much for your kindness, promptness and professionalism during such a stressful time for us, Melody. Our stay at Holiday Inn across the US have always been pleasant, especially at this location because of the wonderful team members.

  the reason is the breakfast plates were filthy. i told the staff and they took note, but the next morning it was better but plates were filthy filmed...look like wioed not washed. either they use the wrong detergent or don't wash properly or something else is seriously wrong. i put my food on napkins. this needs to be addressed.

  This is a great location. We aren't far from the beach and close to tons of restaurants and fun spots! The room was clean, sheets were fresh, and the hotel overall was very clean. I absolutely loved melting into the pillows at night. Oh, and Burger and Brews (the lobby restaurant) was nice. I had a lovely Old Fashioned and savory French fries. I definitely recommend this hotel!

  Rarely leave Hotel reviews but I had too good of a time to not leave one. Rooms were clean, SUPER nice TVs for the price (actual 4K large TVs that we plugged our consoles into) Zee at the bar was also the coolest guy and made our stay even better. Huge props to him! Overall 5/5 fun and great experience!

  I stayed here for four nights and booked the stay with breakfast included. The main reason I chose this hotel was its ideal location during a family emergency in the immediate vicinity. The building itself is somewhat dated, but my room (411) was clean. However, the bathroom is in need of renovation, as the faucet for the shower/bathtub was not properly fixed and was hanging loose. The breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn standards and felt more like what you would expect from a low-budget hotel. The selection was very limited: there was only white toast and muffins, no whole wheat bread, no biscuits, and no waffles or pancakes or similar options. While scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns were available, the overall variety was still quite poor. The only fruit offered were apples. I cannot recommend the breakfast. You are better off booking without it, so at least you won’t be disappointed. As mentioned, my focus during the stay was on a family emergency, so I was only able to make limited use of the hotel overall.
