This is a great “affordable” hotel. Everything was clean, good breakfast, easy in and out. The location is wonderful- quick drive to UNF, Mayo Clinic, and the beaches. The room is spacious with plenty of space for luggage. There’s even purse hooks on the wall and a good desk space. Publix is right next door. I slept good and didn’t hear any other guests. I would definitely stay here again, and I’m fairly picky about hotels.

Very clean hotel. Location was really great in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Very close off the interstate. My chief complaint was that the bed was very hard. Pillows were either flat or hard with nothing in between.

Everything went smoothly as expected at an HIE. The only negative is pet friendly. Not desirable if you don't have dog or cat. Some animal odor in room.

This hotel was an excellent Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious, modern and it had a view of a beautiful golf course. The Mayo Clinic is a quick 6 minute ride away. The hotel's shuttle service to Mayo was very easy to use. It is in a nice safe area. There is a Publix and other spots next door. We will definitely stay here again.

They have a very nice courtyard type pool. Breakfast is served in the mornings with hot choices plus cold as well. This place is very clean!! It's located close to many shopping stores and restaurants.
