  My wife and I stayed here on 4/12/2026. When we arrived the lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in went smoothly. We went out to dinner, came back , and turned on the television. No T.V. ? We went to the front desk and now the was a gentleman and he informed us that the cable had been out since Wednesday 4/8/2026. We then checked out the pool area and the picture below shows garbage at the exit of the pool. The room was vey noisy from the highway traffic and trains going by. Finally we went down for breakfast . No Coffee Cups and Lids. The employee that was working the area told my wife and I to use those little plastic cups used for juice .Really! When my wife and I go back down to the area for a cruise we will never use this hotel again. I had never had a stay of any hotel like this one. This is my first time ever on making a negative review of any kind.

  Coudn't finished business on Friday 3/13/26 so we had to re-arrange flights and stay over the weekend at Jacksonville, the hotel seemed to be a nice one with good location, nevertheless we had cockroacs the second night and asked for a room change, the front desk informed they were full and no change was possible, I was able to understand that however, during checkout I mentioned the cockroacs incident and the lady in the front desk asked me to wait for another person, couple of minutes after what I assumed was the manager offered a discount for the incident and handed me a closed papar with my invoice. Didn't open the invoice right away and at the airport waiting for my flight back home started to organize my papers so that's the time I discovered the discount was applied to another costumer and I was charged full fare, what a scam and lack of respect for costumers, I wanted to go back and yell the manager, so they can see the face and hear the voice of an angry costumer.

  Rooms were clean and comfortable. Rick at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Good continental breakfast. And the shuttle to the cruise port was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

  It was a great stay. We enter through the door and Rick gave us the best greetings I have ever had in a hotel. He made my wife and I feel like part of the royal family. Very enthusiastic about his job and overall excited to help us make our stay a delight. We got a king size bed and it was great. The room had a fresh smell, it was super clean and the sheets, pillows and bed were very comfortable. We forgot our shampoo and soap at home and they use the lineup we have from Dove. Very high quality. The breakfast was great, we had coffee, eggs and sausages. I would recommend to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

  The trains are super loud in the room. Multiple broken and dangerous things in the “upgraded room”. Woman who checked us in had awful customer service and didn’t handle any of the check in details correctly.
