  So I stayed here about a month ago. The room was dirty. The general manager Karen called me back said she would be giving me a comp night. Send it to my email. Turns out you can only stay with that comp is when they would like for you to stay. I am a out of town I told her that makes no sense if I’m out of town if I can’t stay weekends, that’s when I had stayed when I visit Jacksonville the manager Karen does not know how to handle this type of situation. I am trying to get in contact with somebody above her to formally complain about this property. They need someone that knows hospitality, and clearly she does not.

  Could go without the air freshener in the facility, it's overwhelming and not to everyone's liking. Also, the room reaks of cleaning detergents long after it is cleaned. What happened to just letting things not have the addition of synthetic, man-made "air fresheners". Good old air smells just fine.

  Surprisingly quiet! Slept sound! The employees were amazing with my Granddaughter! Especially the gentleman who checked us in! The pool was wonderful. It is half indoors and half outdoor! Chilly that day, but she loved it!!! The hot tub was nice and clean 🫧! The stay was very pleasant! ☺️ We Will be back!!!!

  I have stayed at this hotel and used it several times throughout 2025 for some of my team members. Last year they were very kind and my team members never had an issue. I requested an authorization to use them again this year, and was basically told they wouldn't accept it and to cancel my reservations. I reached out to the GM, left voice messages and emailed the hotel. They have not responded in about a week. I was hoping this was a misunderstanding, but I guess I will take my business to another hotel in the area. Sad to see after they were great last year.
