My biggest issue though was the lady running the counter in the evening on Dec 20th. She was very rude, not only to my group, but I watched her be rude to multiple other guests while we were there. However, the ladies working breakfast and the morning shift the next morning we're absolutely fantastic.

There were also a lot of great accessibility features - our fam had a couple rooms, one where we requested an accessible room (see shower pics where it had a true roll in shower) but even the other room still had a door unlike so many other hotels, which is often helpful. And while we didn't use the pool, we did not there was a lift.
