During my stay, I was treated exceptionally well by the staff, from the front desk (Jeremiah, Mary, Olivia) to the manager, and housekeeping. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I used the pool and the workout room. Tru Hilton came through for me and I recommend it for anyone coming to or through Jacksonville.

It seems geared towards the tourist only needing an overnight bed. A very small room with no closet and a very small fridge with no freezer. There was coffee in the lobby but no fresh cookies like the other Hampton Inns. There were pancakes but only silver dollar size. Compared to other Hampton Inns I felt the Continental breakfast was lacking. The bed and sheets and pillows were amazing and that was the most important part of the stay. But I have come to expect a Hilton level of comfort and this location did not deliver.
