It's like a hotel designed to be cheap, but it's the same price as other hotels with real adult rooms. Their staff is even untrained about service dogs and broke several laws upon check in. I'm amazed this has the Hilton name on it. Should be McDonald's McTinyRooms.

On three different occasions, I had Hotel employees banging on my door and waking me up. When I asked the front desk about that they said it's their policy they have to enter a room every three days. Screw that, I will never stay here again. The Garden Inn across the street is a better choice for me. Response to owner: I'm not wasting my time contacting Hilton customer support or calling your hotel as I will never stay there again. You may want to consider your policies because I'm not the only person staying in Jacksonville on business, who works at night and sleeps during the day. I'm currently staying at another hotel close by. They do not disturb me while I'm sleeping.
