I paid good money and expected decent conditions, but everything turned out to be a complete disappointment. The hotel looked luxurious in the photos, but in reality, it was simply awful. No one warned us that it was undergoing renovations, and we arrived right into construction chaos. The lobby looks like a barn, dirty and completely torn apart. Dust and noise are everywhere, with workers milling about. The atmosphere doesn't even resemble a hotel worth the money. The room also leaves much to be desired—old, unkempt, and clearly unfinished. It felt like we were simply lured in with pretty pictures. I'm very disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There’s a bit of construction happening right now, but it’s clearly for improvement, and it didn’t affect my stay at all. Anything I needed was provided right away. Ilona at the front desk was so kind and gracious, she really made me feel welcome. The hotel is affordable, close to the airport, and there’s a restaurant right next door. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area!

- RHRobin HowellOct 27, 20255.0We knew upon booking that the hotel is undergoing renovations due to changes in ownership. With that in mind our expectation weren’t super high. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. But the service from each and every employee was what made the stay wonderful! All staff members we came in counter with were so welcoming and treated us EXCEPTIONALLY! This hotel if just going to get better and better as renovations continue to become completed. Definitely don’t pass on it, appearance driving by is deceiving, there’s a lot of good going on behind the scenes. Also to note, there are several bar/restaurants and shops within walking distance which makes it convenient.
