  Great place. Spent 2 nights for business trip. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Nice location close to great shopping. Lobby had a fun bar and restaurant. Staff was so friendly and helpful. And big shout out to Chef Steven. Not only is he a great chef but was sooo helpful to guests when the power went out (nearby transformer was hit). I will definitely be back.

  Whenever I name it home for a visit, we line to try new places to eat. Breakfast here was worth it thanks to the service of our waitress kimmey. She made our visit worth it. Great personality and smile. Lights up every time she came over. We will def be back! Thanks for the smiles and great memories kimmey!!!

  I really enjoyed the lake view. They also have a wonderful walking trail beside it. It is perfect for a nice relaxing morning walk. It was a lovely touch. The front desk team was also fantastic, making both check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. They even helped us upgrade our room when it was not up to standard. The first room we were given did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was dirt and hair clips on the floor when we walked in, along with hair on the floor, shower walls, and even on the bed. It was not cleaned at all. I contacted the front desk, and they promptly moved us to a different room without any hesitation.

  Our stay at Hotel Indigo Deerwood Park was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team impressed us with their genuine hospitality and welcoming attitude. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for. The hotel itself was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it showed in every corner of the property. Our rooms were fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in effortless. What truly set this stay apart was how accommodating the staff were with our group’s needs. They handled every request with patience, flexibility, and a can‑do spirit that made our experience smooth and stress‑free. It’s rare to find a team so committed to making guests feel at home. We highly recommend Hotel Indigo Deerwood Park for anyone looking for exceptional service, outstanding hospitality, and a beautifully maintained place to stay. We’ll absolutely be returning.   As a platinum elite member of IHG, I have stayed at many hotels in the group- I must say this is one of my all-time favorites! I have stayed here for the second time on my way from Ohio to Florida, and it is definitely a breath of fresh air while traveling. The "neighborhood" that it is in, with the lake, walking areas, shops, and restaurants, is great! The suites in the hotel are fabulous, and the bathrooms, huge showers, and deep soaking tubs are amazing! Manager Ryan and Chef Steven made our night for my colleague and me! They made us feel so welcome and were very accommodating with our late arrival on Super Bowl Sunday! The restaurant and bar area in the hotel is warm, inviting, and comfortable! I highly recommend!
