This complex represents Hilton Hotel's latest concept in construction, the eight-story, 221-room and suite hotel complex is the first of its kind in Jacksonville. Housing two distinct brands under one roof allows us to serve diverse market segments and offers enhanced amenities. Located on the Southbank of downtown Jacksonville, most rooms offer a beautiful city view.

- VTV TehanOct 27, 20252.0Hotel was so dirty- stains on carpet in the hall by elevator, bedspreads were tattered and had a strong bleach/lysol scent. We checked the mattresses for bedbugs and there were stains on the mattresses but luckily no bed bugs that we could see. Air conditioner was so noisy and we could not turn off the fan as it was controlled by the thermostat (and there was not a fan setting). On a positive note, the staff were great and the beds were comfortable. They also allow pets which is why we regrettably chose this hotel. The only place to park was in the parking garage and they charge you $20 for parking.

There is a delightful, sweet seasoned black woman at the desk, named Ms. Darlene, and she worked her heart out for us. We needed extra supplies and she came upstairs for us, before we could make it downstairs to get what we needed. And that was her 2nd shift. She ended up having to work a double shift🥰. She excelled beyond our expectations. Ms. Lily, Artesha and Isabella, all exceeded our expectations. We would always grab a couple of mints out the door and they'd say, it's our pleasure to do this for Ya'll. Always handled everything professionally, with us as well as the other guests we seen arrive. The gentlemen who worked with the breakfast and coffee👏🏾 they were Top Tier! The maintenance and security were so nice. Everyone from start to finish was pleasant. The house attendants, were very cordial with changing out our bath accessories as needed. This was our 1st time staying at Homewood, yet it definitely will not be the last.
