We took the loss and booked another hotel. Overall, poor service from the lady who was working on 12/29/2025 and an unpleasant location. I would not recommend this hotel.

Opened the door to be greeted by a sign that said come next door to the other hotel to check in. Then was met by 2 front desk women that thought it was funny to tease the guest about it saying that they were closed and not taking anyone else next door?! I eventually got a key for my husband as I used my phone. There was no service at our hotel which made it feel like a Airbnb not a nice Hilton hotel. There was no market or food service in this hotel so you had to keep running back to the connecting hotel Hilton Garden Inn to get anything you needed.. absolutely terrible. The hot tub was honestly the nicest thing about staying here. Yes it's a great location but a horrible experience. Not sure if we'll be back, I like feeling like I'm at a hotel or resort when I travel... Not a abandoned condominium or Airbnb.
