They both helped me out on numerous occasions and had no hesitation whatsoever and made sure the accommodations I needed were met. They are both a great example of how outstanding employees should act and lead by example due to those two I will be back and recommending others to come here and ask for them. She went out her for my kids and I. My son have server asthma, also allergic to animals.He was having tigger moments, I explained it to her. Ms. KK resolved everything.

The staff talked up a social event for Wednesday night, with adult drinks and appetizers. The day of they said no alcohol with no explanation. The location is quiet and the hot tub was nice despite way too much chemicals. Lastly, I was there for 4 days and never got maid services.

From December 8 onward, until my communication with the hotline yesterday morning, there had always been only one canceled booking in my app. They confirmed that the hotel manager would contact me after coming on duty in an hour, but I never received the call. Yet magically, a second canceled booking appeared in the app, marked as "LateCncl". What an amazing operation!
- KKKallieNov 27, 20252.0I’m currently staying at this hotel and I am extremely disappointed. The room was clearly not cleaned properly before we arrived — the bathtub was dirty, and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor in the living room. I have a crawling baby, so finding something he could’ve choked on is absolutely unacceptable. To make things worse, the bathroom door doesn’t even shut or lock, so there’s zero privacy in a room shared with 4 people. This is beyond frustrating. This should never happen, and I hope management takes this seriously. As Hilton silver members I have higher expectations as we’ve never had a poor experience with Hilton.
