Staff goes above and beyond - kind, generous, and responsive when needed. My family stayed here for 10 months while a family member was receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic and we cannot thank the entire staff enough for caring for us all like family. The atmosphere and culture at this hotel is unmatched. It truly became a home away from home and we will always have a special place in our hearts for everyone we met while here. <3

Very nice manager and she gave us a Mayo clinic discount. Room had everything we needed. Roomy and has a kitchen which we needed. Shower was a walk in so that was great

The rooms were filthy. We found that the sofa bedding had never been changed which was gross. We got moved to a different room which had a funky smell. Terrible hotel!!!!!
