- JCJoel Campbell4 days ago1.0We have been here 2 weeks (suppose to be here for 60 days but that's looking very doubtful ), 4 days ago they switched our room for some cabinets to be fixed or something. We have gone down every single day multiple times a day about the air not working. It's so hot in that room, I've had to sleep in my CAR for the past 2 nights but I spent all my money here for this week and can't go nowhere else right now ... They keep saying the air is working fine but just standing in the room, you're pouring sweat , it's so hot, you can take a ice cold shower and be sweeting before you're dressed but the air is working fine 😭😂😂😂😂. Usually Home 2 and Hiltons are all we stay in but avoid this one. The manager Nick or whatever very very obviously does not care about their guests and if their rooms suck or if the air works as long as he doesn't have to do his job and move our room.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The building itself is very chic and modern, with updated décor that feels both stylish and comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and every area—from the lobby to our room—felt fresh and well-maintained. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the staff. Every person we interacted with was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in making guests feel at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, classy, and convenient place to stay.

Tell them you are a Mayo patient when you call for a reservation. Pet friendly with a field-size grassy dog walking area. Great staff! Update: 10/1, my 4th stay this year. Always perfect.
