Parking was awkward and tight in places. There were distant spots available but the ones close to the building one one side were tightly configured. The common areas were relatively clean and well maintained. The bed in my room was broken. I sat on the edge of the bed and two legs gave way sending me to the floor. Upon inspection I could see that the bed frame and mattress were mismatched.

Best hotel experience I've ever had! The rooms are clean and spacious. The large fridge and kitchen worked well for big family meals. Staff goes above and beyond - kind, generous, and responsive when needed. My family stayed here for 10 months while a family member was receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic and we cannot thank the entire staff enough for caring for us all like family. The atmosphere and culture at this hotel is unmatched. It truly became a home away from home and we will always have a special place in our hearts for everyone we met while here. <3

My wife just had a lung transplant at Mayo Clinic so we needed a place to stay for at least 2 months. We called ahead and got Adrianna from Homes 2 Suites Jax location. Very nice manager and she gave us a Mayo clinic discount. Room had everything we needed. Roomy and has a kitchen which we needed. Shower was a walk in so that was great

Please consider treating your employees better so that they treat guests better and the housekeepers clean better. The washing machines we’re disgusting. The rooms were filthy. We found that the sofa bedding had never been changed which was gross. We got moved to a different room which had a funky smell. Terrible hotel!!!!!
