- GGGail GruenDec 28, 20255.0Under renovations, which is good, carpets were worn in the rooms, stains but I know everything smelled clean. Parking is $10, with tax, $12.00 per night, no hair conditioner fyi, breakfast plentiful and staff friendly, try to get a top floor, we had herds of elephants above us till 10pm, then at 3am, then at 6am, which I understand can't be avoided, so try and get an upper floor if you need to sleep :-)
- BMBrad MDec 20, 20251.0Blatant cost cutting has made the included breakfast almost inedible, the eggs taste synthetic, the "turkey bacon" is disgusting, waffle mix is watered down, and they ripped the labels off the orange juice dispenser clearly never intending to serve it again. That leaves only 2 sugar-water options. It's worse than prison food. Now they are charging for parking in an open, unsecured lot through some 3rd party garbage "QR code" signage requiring to pay on your phone. The signs are spread out over multiple spots and easy to miss if you arrive after dark. It's nothing but a money grab. The kitchenette sinks are always clogged. Never going back.

- ZZzdeuyoDec 10, 20251.0I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member traveling on an active-duty military move with my family, and this stay was completely unacceptable. - We received our room 2 hours past guaranteed check-in time. - The room was dirty and poorly maintained: hairs in the shower, broken fixtures, stained office chair, missing kitchen cleaning supplies, and one TV without a remote. - Housekeeping was unavailable, and I had to spend 45 minutes cleaning the room myself to make it usable. - When I asked for a resolution, I was offered only to accept the room as-is or get a refund and find another hotel, which was not practical during a military travel day. This stay caused unnecessary stress and labor during an already demanding move. For a Hilton Diamond member and military family, this is far below Hilton standards. I will not stay here again unless significant improvements are made. I have also submitted a Hilton "Stay feedback"
