  Danny, Quincy, and diamonde are all awesome employees this is why I ALWAYS come back to this hotel. The manager Dona Marie (I hope I’m spelling her name right I’m sorry if I’m not) she is AMAZING and I literally will shout out LOUD to every co workers and everyone I know when they go to Baltimore to stay here. It really does make you feel like home. From the comfortable rooms to the BBQ patio I mean min’s from the casino it is a GEM.

  I wanted to give a shout out to Nesha and the front desk for great customer service accommodating my request . The hotel is fine for the location. Room was clean and nice. This is coming from a road warrior’s perspective.

  You have to pay to park in their OWN parking lot!!!! Ridiculous!! Book with Hyatt next door instead. Nice staff, nice gym, clean rooms.

  After my friends, left a review and complained about the service they received. Corporate then reached out & said, being that a bad review was already left they no longer cared! Please stay away from this hotel if possible! They don’t care about anything and the hotel rooms show it!

  URINE…Pee… found in bed. DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE HILTON NAME. I flew into JAX to attend the funeral of my friend’s mother. My friend made reservations for all out-of-town guests. My roommate arrived earlier in the day. My fight did not land until 11:00 pm Friday night. When I got to the room around 11:45 pm, she was already asleep. Out of respect for her, I only turned on one light. When I got in the bed, I immediately smelled URINE. The bed was cool. I thought it was because the bed was next to the air conditioner. I later figured it out. The mattress was still wet from the Pee. When my friend woke up around 4:00 am, I told her what was going on and went downstairs to the front desk at 4:21 am. I spoke to a large grubby, unkempt black man whose first words to me was an insult. I explained the situation and told him I could not sleep in the room. He accused me of having someone in my room who urinated in the bed and now I am wanting a room change. I was so humiliated and angry. When my voice escalated, he tried to calm me down and said he would move me. At 4:30 am, my fiend and I were moving to another room. I took off my pajamas before I got into the bed in the new room. My pajamas smelled strongly of URINE, so much that I could not pack my pj’s in my luggage. I spoke with the manager about my situation. I felt I should not had to pay. The manager showed no remorse and refused to lower the room rate or not charge me for the room. I paid $180.00 to sleep in a wet bed with someone’s body fluids. Until now, I thought highly of the Hilton brand. Not anymore. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again, especially HOME2 Hotel by Hilton.
