  I stayed at this hotel multiple nights. I was sitting in my vehicle talking on the phone with a friend. Some guy looking homeless stopped in front of my vehicle and acted to reach into his pocket to pull out a gun and shoot at me. Mind you I’m in front of this hotel. I was telling my friend what was going on and about five minutes later a female can running up to my truck and told me she was assaulted by a guy. I asked her what he looked like and gave me an exact profile of the guy. She asked me to walk around back so she could get her car. My instinct was to watch out things didn’t seem right. I proceeded to walk her back to her car. As she was explaining what happened as we got to her car, i told her she needed to call the police. I walked back around to my truck, called my friend back and explained what happened. While on the phone a fire truck ambulance and police pulled up in front of the hotel. After sitting in my truck awhile still talking to my friend. I had to walk up to the police to get back into the hotel the police was talking to the guy that acted like was pulling a gun on me. I started telling the police that this the guy that did what he did to me. The police didn’t want to hear anything i had to say. The next morning i ate their breakfast buffet and took a paper cup of coffee to my truck. While setting there the same guy that confronted me the night before walked into the holiday inn and came out with a plate of their breakfast buffet. I had to leave and run errands for a few hours and returned to the hotel and they told me i had to checkout and leave. Now I’m a veteran and the hotel would not even tell me why i had to leave. All people and especially vets or presently serving our country should not stay at this holiday inn express. Would give a -50 stars if i could.

  No matter what side of the hotel you are on, you will hear street noise on one side and on the other, highway noise. Then the walls are so thin, you can hear people talking next door, footsteps of people walking upstairs and even voices from the TV next door. Btw, the smallest TV too. And then there were multiple stains on the carpet and a live roach in the bathroom. I am surprised people rated it so high. Btw the guy at the front desk, his response, "yeah, I know, the hotel has been here since the 90's, oh a roach, I'll make a note, oh carpet stains, where?" Does it really matter where? WORSE HOLIDAY INN I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.
