Our room was ready a few hours early, which was such a pleasant surprise after a long drive. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having Dove products in the bathroom. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The techs were there trying to fix it had to take 4 flight of stairs up and down I was on the fourth floor called Front Desk to ask in how long would it be fixed since I had to bring down my luggage to check out made me late to work .Staff was OK not that friendly . I am a diamond member and definitely would not stay here again.
