We asked her about what should be best Jacksonville beach or St. Augustine beach. She told us go to St. Augustine as it was 1 hr far from there we are unsure but after her recommendation we travelled there. And it was best decision. The beach was good and also in 2nd week on January we are able to see night lights in St. Augustine. City was looking beautiful because of there. Thank you Valentina for nice suggestions and service.

My wife insists on staying here even if we can find a less expensive place, which we could, but it would be hard to beat the service, the accommodations, just about everything you could think of including the hot breakfast in the morning. We’ll be back to Mayo in the near future and we will be staying at here, the Holiday Inn, Med center.

- BBBehaveDec 23, 20251.0I stayed at this hotel for two nights in June and had a very disturbing experience that raises serious safety concerns. At approximately 2:00 a.m., I received a call on the room phone from someone claiming to be from the front desk and requesting my credit card number. The caller stated that I had not provided a card at check-in and threatened that I would be removed from the hotel if I did not provide the information immediately. Although I initially suspected a scam, the caller knew my name and room number, and the call came through the hotel’s in-room phone rather than my personal phone, which made the request seem legitimate. However, when I asked to meet the caller in person at the front desk, the call was abruptly disconnected. The following day, I spoke with the front desk and was shocked to learn that their staff had not made the call. I was also informed that multiple guests had received the same call that night. Months later, the hotel has still not identified how someone was able to use their phone system to contact guests or who was responsible. This incident demonstrates a serious lack of security and guest protection. I strongly advise others to exercise caution. Based on my experience, I do not consider this hotel safe and would not recommend staying here.
