This hotel really needs maintenance. Some TVs don't work, some room doors won't latch closed, room key card that won't work and some front desk people don't seem to really care.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked it via Expedia therefore was treated like third citizen. Got to the hotel earlier then check in time but the 2 rooms were not available only one was. From 1:30 pm until 4:15 the front desk staff kept telling us the room is still getting clean. We drove all night and couldn’t wait to check in. And now they are an hour late and he said that they don’t guarantee a room at 3 pm instead that anytime between 3-11pm they will provide a room. Really? Which hotel customer service teaches that. No manager on site. He said we were assigned a particular kind of room which was unknown to us and indicated that expedían must have assigned it which again is not true. He never asked us is there any other room type we would be willing to take based on the rooms that are being cleaned and available. He never offered to call us and update on the status. Just simply not available without any estimate time. Just unwilling to help, was definitely not trained on customer service. Regardless of how convenient and clean the facility is my experience is so terrible that I would never stay at Holiday Inn ING again and will not recommend this particular hotel to anyone. I asked him so besides me why isn’t any other guest waiting for a room if you are fully booked and waiting for rooms to be cleaned. No answer! What a horrible experience and thank you NOT Rick for taking care of your customer. I have to say I have never had in my life this kind of experience in all my travels with any other chain hotel except this one.

We got a King suite. There was a light illuminating the pool area that shown in our window all night, the blinds only helped marginally. The road noise was constant, worse than the train noise. We stayed the night of the Superbowl, with the Winter Olympics also I n TV but found the TV in the room had color issues. I wouldn't stay here again. The people working there were courteous and helpful.

This place has been so nice, except for the noise, that's not the hotel's fault, they have been incredibly nice, all around. The noise and light here is another story, and they can only do so much about that. Understandable. Try to book a room away from the road if it's possible.

The only reason I gave it two stars is because the front desk staff. He was friendly and welcoming even when he was sick with the flu. He said he tried to call out but his boss made him come in anyway but he didn’t let that stop him from being helpful and friendly. However everything else was horrible! It’s so loud. There is a train right outside of the hotel, you can hear people talking in the parking lot (we were on the second floor). The bedside lights kept making a clicking noise, the toilet kept refilling all night long, the bathroom fan had no switch but didn’t shut off. When we first got into the room there was dry pee on the toilet seat that I cleaned off. I would never stay here again.
