- LWLisa Woods1 day ago1.0My original review was 5 stars. I ordered a room for 2 nights through booking.com back in September before my cruise. Everything there went great, staff was super helpful. After getting off the boat I discovered that I had 2 charges for the same amount except one was through booking.com and the other was through the actual hotel. I have called MULTIPLE times to only be hung up on numerous times and then when I finally got someone who listened to my issues- they put in a ticket and I never heard from them again. I've disputed these charges with my credit card company only to be told that the hotel said these were valid charges. Ive contacted booking.com only for them to tell me it is a hotel issue bc their payment went through. Ive sent email after email to your customer support team- only to be ignored. I havent been able to pay the additional charge so i am still accruing interest.... i am at a loss here, What else is there to do? I have sent all my receipts and screenshots to your customer support team and yet here it is- 4 MONTHS LATER and I still have no resolution.

The wifi was horrendous, and the ethernet ports in the room didn't work. If the wifi was better, and ethernet ports worked, I would have given 4 stars or maybe 5.

- JGJoseph GlickDec 8, 20255.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the airport with a convenient shuttle service as well. The rooms are spacious, clean, fresh, and very up to date. I loved the beautiful waterfalls in the center of the hotel and the gorgeous grounds surrounding the property. The lobby seating is comfortable and feels surprisingly private and quiet despite being in the middle of the airport area. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help however they could. A fun touch is the warm cookie you receive upon arrival—it's not kosher, but it looks delicious and smells amazing. There’s also a well-stocked pantry with snacks, drinks, beer, alcohol, and light food options. The shower could be a little stronger, but it was still perfectly fine. One of the best parts is the price—super affordable, much cheaper than many other hotels in the area that aren’t nearly as nice or as luxurious. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
