- MMMara4 days ago1.0Although I asked for a room on the top floor, far from the elevator and laundry chute I was given the room closest to the elevator. I understand that my request might not be able to be honored. But I find it hard to believe that putting me on a lower floor in the very closest room to the elevator was necessary. I also spent $21 to get a Lyft to a park based on an employee's recommendation. I was looking for a place I could walk. But after the Lyft driver saw where we were he wouldn't leave me there alone. Plus there was no place to walk. No trails, no sidewalk, nothing but a picnic table, a small fishing pier and restrooms. So I paid the Lyft driver to take me somewhere else where I could walk. But by far the worst part of this stay was the non-stop stomping from the person in the room above me. After a couple of hours of this I called the front desk and was told nothing could be done by them unless it was 11:00 p.m. or later. The person above me finally stopped stomping at 10:50 p.m. Then he or she started up again in the morning before daylight. It was a miserable stay.

Everything was perfect, staff were friendly and super professional. It was right in the interstate on our route to Port Canaveral. 5 stars from all of us 5 who stayed!
