Our room was ready late, an hour past check in time and that was pretty frustrating after a long drive from Rhode Island. The staff were not at all friendly or apologetic about it. So we had to sit in the lobby with our crying baby and that was pretty awful. Otherwise the hotel is nice. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of room for our travel, crib and luggage. There’s a number of restaurants in the direct vicinity so it was easy to get some dinner. We didn’t use the pool because it was freezing cold but that’s because it’s an indoor outdoor pool. I wouldn’t stay here again, just because of the unreliability of the rooms being ready and the apathetic manner of the front desk, but the rooms and hotel itself is fine
