    There seems to be conflicting information on the availability of shuttle pickup from the airport. Online, it indicates no shuttle available, however, when calling the hotel, shuttle service was confirmed and promptly picked me up for transfer to the hotel. The hotel space (lobby and rooms) feels updated and maintained well. The pool area is nice to have a split between outdoors and indoors. Rooms are spacious.

    Unfortunately, I can’t whole heartedly recommend this hotel. It’s pretty run down and not taken care of. We stayed in the king suite which was not as clean as anyone would hope for a hotel. It seems maintenance and proper, thorough cleaning could be stepped up a bit. Hot water is a bit of an issue and took a good 5 minutes to finally get hot. It’s close to the airport which is nice but it’s not close enough to comfortably walk to anything if needed besides a gas station. The staff was friendly when asked questions and for help. Customer service is always a huge plus! Just bummed with how the room was overall.

    I booked this hotel for 3 adults via Expedia and explicitly booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we reached there, they offered us 1 king bed and a sofa. When questioned, they said they are out of 2 queen bed rooms (they had confirmed our booking when we booked an did not mention anything like this until we reached there) and simply handed over a blanket and 2 sheets for one of the guests to sleep on the pullout sofa. That sofa had spring mattress with zero cushioning and the entire night the springs were poking in the back. When contacted Expedia’s customer care, they said they will give 25$ (in Expedia account) for the discomfort or refund the amount if we checked out (In middle of the night). When we said we don’t want there 25$ worth of Expedia credits and just want a different place to stay, Expedia tried to offer hotels with way lower Google ratings. This is the worst hotel one can stay in, worst customer service by a booking platform as given by Expedia. Never going to use or recommend this hotel and Expedia to anyone ever again.

    Nice hotel at a good cost. Indoor outdoor pool was nice but not heated. Hot tub was amazing!

    Location is great - about 3 miles from airport. They have a shuttle to pickup & drop off. Front desk associates very efficient and pleasant for check-in. Bathroom has hand soap, lotion, shampoo, & shower soap. This is great in that you don't have to pack. However, it is by Dove and scented (perfumery). As a male, unscented would be better. Room cleanliness - bed is made tight & room appears clean. After one is settled in, one notices things. Spots on floor, carpets need cleaning, & bathroom could be better. Bed was comfortable. Updates for USB/USBC ports in place. Hotels in Douglas, GA & Jacksonville Airport locations are outdated.
