The most annoying one was dead batteries in the TV remote and not one fresh battery in the entire hotel. I was given some dead batteries that were found in an office desk drawer. So, I couldn't use the TV during my 2 night stay. This is why I gave the service a low rating. I can't believe a hotel with that many tv remotes had zero batteries. The second thing was the noisy bed. I could literally hear every spring inside the mattress every time I moved. The last thing was some strange bugs having a party in the bathtub (images attached). The only issue I reported to the front desk was the TV remote. The other two things, I just made the best of the situation. Luckily, I always travel with my tablet, so I could at least watch some TV entertainment.
