My room was clean, although an available blanket would have been nice. It was pretty cold in Jacksonville that night. Staff was welcoming and engaging. The breakfast was outstanding for this price point hotel. The automatic pancake maker made perfect fluffy pancakes.

Now the.manager talking about they will refund us back in 3-4 days it's A scam here becareful . What looks nice is not really that Nice . Be aware there scammers. Talking about our bank it's how there system is to get people who won't say anything.

I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to us, and enjoyed the quiet location but nearby to lots of restaurants and shopping. This is a beautiful hotel, very pet friendly with reasonable prices. The breakfast was also really good with a lot of selections.
