  This hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. I couldn’t recommend it more. Clean, comfortable and the staff was above and beyond.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by the front desk staff. A front desk lady working the evening shift on February 10, 2026 provided excellent assistance when I reached out regarding a trash can. Her professionalism, kindness, and quick response truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. I would also like to acknowledge the gentleman at the front desk who greeted everyone with a warm smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout my stay. I strongly encourage hotel leadership to recognize these employees with special appreciation or a bonus, as their exceptional customer service reflects the highest standards of hospitality. Thank you for a great experience!

  Pool not heated, we only booked because i called and was told pool was heated , get there and are told it is not. Was told that i spoke with the main reservation department and not the actual hotel rep when i called. Regardless it is the fault of IHG/Holiday Inn system that caused this inconvenience. The room was ok, breakfast crappy as usual for a continental breakfast, coffee tasted watered down and eggs/sausage of the lowest quality possible. Then in the morning before checking out, the maids knocked on our door to ask if we are out, obviously we were still in the room, no apology for disturbing us the first time, then around 10am, once again they knocked and as i went to open the door , they opened it before me and she was about to come inside, i told her checkout not until 11 and this is the 2nd time they disturbed us, again not a single apology, instead a dirty attitude on her face as if it’s my fault for still being in the room one hour before check out deadline. On the way out i spoke with management and they were nice and apologetic and was told next time to put the (Do Not Disturb Sign) outside the door so they don’t knock. I understand they want to hurry and clean the rooms as fast as possible for the next arriving guests but if they actually worked while working, they could finish much faster and it’s not necessary to get people out as early as possible. This is the consequence of insufficient training and dedication of the workers to do their job efficiently. If you can’t be fired for not doing your job, then you won’t do your job.

  Easy access from the interstate. The rooms accommodated myself and myaging mom. The bathroom had a grab bar to help getting into it.
