  Prior to getting off our cruise, I called the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville, FL to see if can hang out at the hotel until our flight home. I spoke with Julie at the front desk and she was very accommodating to our request. We arrived at the hotel and Julie told us we can put our luggage in the business center room until it was time for us to leave for the airport. Julie also informed us that the hotel has a free shuttle service to the airport. This saved us a lot of money! Thank you so much Julie and Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville! We are extremely grateful!   We have stayed at this hotel twice and highly recommend. Rooms and property are very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and they are pet friendly. Breakfast is good with hot and cold items, and fresh cinnamon roles. They have an outdoor pool that is kept clean and ready for a swim. (not heated) The property is in a quiet location that is easy to access Atlantic Blvd, close to the 295.

  Super nice, super clean, great breakfast(cinnamon rolls were delish), great coffee. Arrived a day early and Mario went above and beyond to find me a dog friendly room. Great guy, great customer service! Other than it being right next to the overpass which could which can be a bit misleading this was a great stay.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville East – Laundry Room Review I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville East during the MKL weekend and wanted to share some detailed info about the self‑service laundry room, since it’s something many travelers rely on. The laundry room is located on the third floor and has a total of three washers (two top‑load and one front‑load) along with three dryers. Each wash or dry cycle costs $2.75. One important thing to know: the machines do NOT accept coins. Instead, you must scan a QR code to download the Airwallet app, create an account, add funds, and then activate the machines through the app. It works, but there are quite a few steps involved, especially if you’re using it for the first time. A couple of tips for future guests: • Turn off the Auto‑Top‑Up feature in the app. • Only load the exact amount you need, because Airwallet charges a 20% maintenance fee on any refunded balance. On the positive side, the app does show the real‑time status of each washer and dryer, and it even lets you reserve a machine, which is convenient during busy times.
