  Stayed at this location March 2026, great proximity to specialized services that we needed (not here for a conference). A really great hotel overall. Fantastic decor inside (artwork, furniture). Lobby furniture was comfortable. Service team members are solid and had no concerns during our stay. Fantastic service from Breakfast team member Sarah this morning (3/3/26). Front desk was very helpful when we asked some questions a couple of times. The 24 hour market team member was kind. Conference room area was spacious and had good wifi access into the hallway or outside areas, reasonable speeds too. Water temperature and water pressure in shower was reasonable and no concerns. You can adjust water pressure at the shower head. What stopped this from five stars: - Room bed lighting would come on when someone rolled over on the bed. Didn’t see an easy way to configure or change this, great for getting to the bathroom but not for changing sleeping positions. - Thermostat seemed to stick at 71 and would not get to 68 for bed time. Otherwise, area is safe, parking is reasonable and we would stay at this location again if needing to be in the area in the future.

  The service was great by all of the staff except one. The nightshift desk clerk spoke in a friendly tone but in a very displeasing manner. She made a comment about getting bad reviews and didn’t seem very worried. I’m sure she just needs a course in customer service training. The lack of clean rooms made for an unpleasant stay. This is surprising since the hotel just opened in October. The decor of this hotel is very appealing and the rooms have potential especially since there isn’t a lot of carpet. This makes me wonder why the rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been for most of the surfaces are can be easily vacuumed and wiped down. The other people at the restaurant and bar and even the coffee shop were great and deserve five stars all around.

  I really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, rooms were updated. Location was great if you want to be close to the hospital or close to the beaches. They have a wonderful bar and outdoor area, which we really enjoyed. Our water pressure was a little off a few times, but it wasn't terrible. Most of the time it was just fine. The service at the bar and restaurant was extremely slow. Food was okay. Drinks were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you want to spend time here, I would just be sure to budget extra time.

  I'm a breast cancer patient. I've been at Mayo Hilton many times times. My favorite thing they do for me is bring a wheel chair to and from where I parked. From my car to my room, unpack my luggage and into my room. In in a wheelchair, so, this is a true help. You have to get them to get it for you from the back. I call the desk from my car and ask assistance. I find my parking spot and they unload my car and get me to my room. No one would accept a tip since I was so nice to them. Tips are not requested. Front desk is incredible. I wish they'd donate an upgraded room to me! lol. I I'm either homebound or in at home. Thank you so very much to everyone at Hilton Mayo. Don't forget to ask about the Mayo discount from the from desk.

  I am currently staying in the Hilton hotel by the Mayo Clinic due to work events and let me tell you what a great experience. This was the location the atmosphere and the comfort of the room really made it all worth it. It is a little pricier, but if you do not want to worry about the smaller things in life, such as somebody breaking into your car or having to worry about having the problems with your sheets or blankets or just the normal hotel things that would turn you away from staying in a hotel let me put your worries at ease by telling you not only was everything up to par but when I requested maintenance in the bathroom, they did it while I was at work and handled it with no problem at all I cannot express how much the little things mean in life and this has brought so much of a great experience that I am booking my next day here and just would love to put it out there if you are looking for a great hotel that has the features like home. This is the place you need to stay quiet, comfortable and great experience thank you very much Hilton and I will see you guys next time I book.
