    Hotel is new and conveniently located to Mayo Clinic. However, in the middle of watching TV in the night our circuit breaker blew we had no TV or lights. Called in the morning and was fixed by personnel after searching for the breaker. Then our coffee pot wasn’t plugged in had to fix our coffee in the restroom. The staff is courteous but that’s all. It was very inconvenient due to my husband having procedures at Mayo.

    I work with United real estate gallery in Jacksonville we had a beautiful holiday Christmas party at the location it was amazing the place was amazing the quality of service was amazing the food preparation was amazing give me five stars all across the board I can't wait to go back there again just because it's so doggone beautiful welcome to Florida dude welcome to the Hilton

    Our stay at the Hilton Hotel in Jacksonville was truly wonderful from start to finish. The breakfast was amazing — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every single staff member we encountered provided superb service, always friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We absolutely loved the bed — incredibly comfortable — as well as the stylish décor and the excellent location, which made everything so convenient. It was the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and hospitality. We will definitely be back very soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jacksonville!👏👏👏

    Brand new hotel, still with some kinks to work out - but no deal breakers. Not quite 4 star - no robes? shower shoes and water isn’t restocked daily like competitors. Check in/out was easy. Staff were friendly. But I didn’t get the full experience because of some ‘VIP’ guests and a holiday party buyout. Still, room was clean, spacious and decor is very cute and modern. Shoutout to Don at the front desk. And major kudos to JD and Joanna at the restaurant bar who were friendly every visit. I’d recommend and will be back next time I’m in JAX.

    My husband is a patient at the Mayo Clinic. We checked in on October 14th for an entire month for the remainder of his treatments. This was soon after their initial opening. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star was housekeeping. We were in a Jr. Suite for an entire month room 605. We had to ask almost daily and weekly our entire stay to ensure the room was cleaned daily which is was not. Many days they would not service the room until around 6 pm. A number of times our door hanger requiring service was taken off and switched to sleep which we did not do. Being this is catering to mayo patients and asking several times to ensure our room was cleaned first thing daily should have made its impact. Unfortunately we were disappointed that we continued to have to ask and be inconvenienced in the eve to have it cleaned which is the time my husband sleeps in the afternoon/eve from treatments. If I could rate the front staff separately they would get 5 stars. The team of Isabelle and Monica were beyond helpful in fixing the housekeeping issues. And Amy was so helpful getting us into the hotel and always waving hello daily. We also must shout out Chuck in operations who was always willing and available to help. Not to mention our bellhop (I can't recall his name - shame on me) who was always greeting us with a smile and asking how we were doing. The staff was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our only feedback is to ensure housekeeping is addressed not just with the rooms but upkeep around the hotel. We saw many times the bathrooms not cleaned up by the pool and drinks left in sinks. We know this will be taken into consideration especially for a brand new hotel. Please ensure housekeeping cleans the rooms daily and does a deep clean. My husband and many other mayo patients require clean rooms because of the cancer treatments. Many times they came and made the bed only. We had to ask weekly for sheets changed which should be automatic. This is our home away from home as we will be back every 3 months including starting in January. We look forward to seeing the team again soon and hope our detailed feedback enhances the hotels ratings going forward Alyson Smith/Chad Sturgill
