My room was not cleaned 2 days un a row. Only towels were changed the 2nd day and even after reporting we never got the soap replenished. Had to buy soap.

I spent two nights at this location December 25-26, 2025 and it was fabulous! Highly recommend. Room was spacious, service was spectacular, breakfast offerings were plentiful, customer service was amazing! Special SHOUT OUT to front desk agent Armeena. Warm welcome, friendly smile, periodic texts from her checking on my needs and how she could enhance the lodging experience. She also greeted me as "Mrs. Claus" given my Christmas outfit and was hilarious. Finally, I did share two concerns with her about the room the morning of December 26 and both were addressed within 30 minutes. Unbelievable service! I was thrilled with this property and it is less than 5 minutes to my brother's home where I was visiting over Christmas. I will definitely be back. Don't miss this gem.

The room was clean. The breakfast had minimal options. The check in was efficient. We had no cleanings in the two days we stayed, but otherwise had no problems during our stay.
The problem occurred after check out. Clothes were unfortunately left hanging in a closet. We called the day we checked out to ask for help. The person said they would have housekeeping check and for us to call the next day. We called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. The attendant only took a message and did not put us through to a manager. She said someone would call us back. No one has returned our calls. Neither of the two people we spoke with offered to look in the room for us but said housekeeping would do it. No effort, no follow up, terrible customer service.

This is not a 5 Star Resort-style hotel, but in its category of business-stay or weekend-stay because you need to be in this area, it is absolutely wonderful. Lots of restaurants and stores, rooms are a little small but very modern and clean. TVs are very big...easy to watch from anywhere in the room, with lots of 120vAC plugs and USB ports by the desk and bed. Staff is very friendly and kind and very willing to help. So its absolutely 5 Star in its class.

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday 11/22/25 in room 423. Upon attempting to take a shower, I realized that all of the hotel provided bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were completely empty. I went down to the lobby to ask the front desk if they could provide me with some. She told me she "couldn't help me" and that I would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. Then without a word walked away from the front desk and sat down at a table. So I had to leave the hotel to go purchase lotion and soap. By the time I got back, the food my husband bought me was cold and I still had yet to take a proper shower.
I don't understand how you can charge your guests $200 per night and you cant provide them with SOAP???? Even motel 6 will give you soap. And if you are not going to supply the front desk staff with toiletries then housekeeping should atleast make sure there is something in the bottles.
Im sorry but that is absolutely unacceptable. And the fact that the staff member who "couldn't help me" was so rude about it and by the way was still sitting at a table chatting with her friend when I returned from the store.
This experience put such a bad taste in mouth. Please do better hilton.
