    My husband and I stayed here on Saturday 11/22/25 in room 423. Upon attempting to take a shower, I realized that all of the hotel provided bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were completely empty. I went down to the lobby to ask the front desk if they could provide me with some. She told me she "couldn't help me" and that I would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. Then without a word walked away from the front desk and sat down at a table. So I had to leave the hotel to go purchase lotion and soap. By the time I got back, the food my husband bought me was cold and I still had yet to take a proper shower. I don't understand how you can charge your guests $200 per night and you cant provide them with SOAP???? Even motel 6 will give you soap. And if you are not going to supply the front desk staff with toiletries then housekeeping should atleast make sure there is something in the bottles. Im sorry but that is absolutely unacceptable. And the fact that the staff member who "couldn't help me" was so rude about it and by the way was still sitting at a table chatting with her friend when I returned from the store. This experience put such a bad taste in mouth. Please do better hilton.

    I wouldn't stay anywhere else while working in Jacksonville. Not only are the rooms clean, quiet and comfortable (and completely renovated) but also the customer service is unparalleled. Steve and his entire crew treat everyone like family.

    ***(Mold/ under-construction/ Roaches)*** Want a refund!! Stayed close to two weeks missing a couple of days in between due to renovations of my home. We left to look for somewhere better but this hotel is the closest and it takes a good 30 minute drive every morning to take the kids to school. So most rooms smell like pet/urine. We had to be changed around multiple times. We had to request multiple time to make a note that there are four of us and we need four towels daily. I’m all about reusing but the cleaning is just not there nor will I reuse a towel that can’t dry in time for the next shower. Moving on to soap issue. They would collect it but replace it leaving us to go downstairs for a soap and towels. Couple of nights the ac was not working well and miserable to sleep in two different rooms. Mold was found on the wall that was white and black molds. We get out very early and get back late due to having to go back to the house while construction is being done. So we are not inspecting but did notice this patch on wall between two beds and after a few nights put light on it and then realized so changed rooms again. I would say we had to change at seven times. Today we will not be back in the middle night of sleeping their was a large roach running around the counter where all of toiletries were touches my kids electric tooth brushes and then waking up to another one running in the shower. Unacceptable!! On top the constant construction truck blocking off the entire front entrance and large parts of the parking making it difficult to find spaces. The breakfast is the exact same every day. Bagels, fake eggs, maybe bananas if they don’t run out the day before. Mini waffle have a weird taste.You also can’t bring a game console to hook up Netflix or game as they disabled the source button in all rooms. Kids refuse to eat there. Manger is nice but has not offered any type of discount or refund for any nights issues! We want some type of compensation please!

    The room was fine but they are doing renovation of the exterior and the grounds are in bad shape. The front desk gave me a hard time when I asked for bottles of water...I'm a silver member and the Hilton website clearly states that entitlement. Just dumb. Good location near I95 and convenient for dog walking. Mostly fast food restaurants in the immediate area.
