    Great place to stay. Good breakfast buffet and location. Better lighting than most hotels. The only complaint was that our checkin was supposed to be at 3. But because this hotel has a noon checkout, our room wasn't ready till almost 5. We still had time to get to where we were going.

    We had a quick stay in December 2025 and would highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value for the price paid. The property was spotless inside and out. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The shining star of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we encountered was so kind and pleasant. They all went out of their way to offer a friendly hello and be helpful. One gentleman even stopped his work to light the outdoor firepit for us. I would recommend this hotel and I will certainly visit again.

    Disgusting. There was food stains all over the chair and curtains, bodily fluid stains ON THE BED AND FLOOR, stains all over the flood and a broken shower that leaked all night. I’d like to note that it was located on a fairly quiet street, had it not been for the drag racers that showed up for a couple of hours to use a clear stretch of road. I lasted 5 hours. Corporate needs to inspect this property. This is WILD that it’s a Hilton property. Gross. Just gross.

    I really liked the front desk staff. They were very kind however the lady at the breakfast was not. I accidentally dropped a small bowl with pieces of waffle in it my husband and I were taking to have our almost three year old eat it on the car on the two hour drive to Orlando and I felt so bad- I cleaned up the pieces by hand of the floor and the lady refilling the area was right in front of is and rudely Made a comment about it being her problem to have to clean it up. AFTER I had cleaned up it all bare handed. Im 26 weeks pregnant and bending down and my emotions are crazy!!! I was already feeling so bad about it but the comment was unnecessary and rude. If I was her I would have immediately told the customer that it was no big deal and that I (as the employee) would get it. Especially seeing that the customer was extremely pregnant and trying to balance a toddler while cleaning up a mess. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

    Older Hampton with some updates. Cleaner than most you go to with this kind of age. Candy and Luke were fantastic at the front desk. As a 100+ night a year hotel guest, it is one of the better ones for the Jacksonville area. Reasonably priced for where and what you get.
