The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from Hampton quality 🛏️✨ Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked 🍳☕ with plenty of options to start the day right. The location is convenient, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to great restaurants, shopping, and the main highways 🛍️🚗. The pool area and lobby were clean, inviting, and well maintained 🌴🏊♂️ Everything about my stay felt easy, relaxing, and well taken care of 🙌. This is the best of the bunch. It is typically a few dollars more but there are issues at some of the other locations that we would rather avoid. This Hampton inn is clean, well maintained and the employees seem to be enjoying their jobs and it shows. We always get a perfectly clean room with everything working, and fresh air to breathe through the facility. The breakfast is typical for Hampton Inns and gives us a good start to our day. The items don't run out early like they do at other locations. We will pick this Hampton Inn again every time we travel through Jacksonville.

- CBCharlotte B.Oct 14, 20251.0Check in was SUPERB! All went downhill from there. Do not trust the front desk gal named Candy. Nothing sweet about her. That camera that she swears is catching all - does not help the situation! Managers are non-existent! Check your room when you arrive - if you want to sleep - at all. 3 Performance Food Service Refrigerated trucks outside the windows and I was on the 6th floor. Supposedly they are contracted to be there. Tried calling front desk. No answer. Went downstairs. Had to pick up house phone to get Candy's attention. 10:30 @ night and she is worried about the coffee station vs a guest standing at the counter. In walks another couple and she opts to take care of them first and INSIST I needed to show her my ID. Which was done when checking in and took my $100 EXTRA deposit along with my payment before I received my keys. Went back upstairs to retrieve my ID - NOT ONCE DID SHE ASK FOR IT AFTER THAT - that was her way to clear a disgruntled customer out of the lobby. Maybe Candy was low on sugar that night. She definitely brought out the dragon in me. Never again at this hotel. No need in responding, Hilton. I see from past comments - our comments go on dead ears!
