- CHColleen HayesFeb 16, 20265.0I was here for about a week while attending appointments at the Mayo Clinic. Room was tidy, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel shuttle service to Mayo was excellent, friendly, and easy to use. Book in advance and know that the shuttle runs until 4:45. The pool is a basic indoor pool and the fitness center has a few cardio machines and a weight rack. Clean and accessible facilities. Laundry machines were good too. Breakfast was basic, but there's fruit and coffee available throughout the day. Shopping, restaurants, groceries, and gas stations are all walkable from the hotel. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Dee took very good care of us, as did the rest of the staff. Any requests were answered quickly and satisfactorily. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again if we come back to Mayo. 😍

Dee, Tammy, Charity, Isabelle, Terri,Harry, David, and the whole staff go above and beyond for each Guest to ensure they have what they need. Transportation to and from the Mayo, a hot breakfast, clean rooms, lovely well maintained pool, gym, office, wake up calls and a kind good night. If your a patient at the Mayo clinic and need to stay for care trust your stay with the Hampton Inn and Suites, it certainly became my home away from home.
- NJN JFeb 8, 20264.0Clean rooms, decent continental breakfast, friendly staff. Bathrooms are clean but have stayed here 2x and the shower heads have some strange buildup and damaged tiles near base of the tub due to improper install, just looks tacky. Additionally AC units need maintenance, they make a strange grinding sound as if the fan wheel is misaligned, both rooms had very similar issue. Otherwise, beds are comfy and clean.
