The Hampton Inn and Suites Jacksonville Airport hotel in Florida is just a quarter mile east of the Jacksonville International Airport and the International Trade Port. We are located at the first major exit on I-95 South. We provide complimentary airport shuttle service and shuttle hours vary so contact the hotel directly. The hotel is within a half mile of Florida Interstate 95 with easy access to I-295. Anheuser-Busch, Coach Leather, Armor Holdings, Smurfit Stone, GE and Federal Express are among the nearby corporate neighbors. We are also within a half mile of River City Market Place, which we also provide complimentary transportation, a complex featuring restaurants, retail shops, office buildings, movie theatres and residential housing. Downtown is 20 minutes away and area beaches are only 30 minutes away. The hotel has all the modern amenities guests need to experience. All rooms feature a king bed or two queen beds, a work area with complimentary internet access, ergonomic desk chair, phone with complimentary local calls, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Our studio suites have a more spacious work area, microwave, and sleeper sofa. Guest laundry is on premises, as well as a Suite Shop, open 24 hours, with travel items and assorted foods and beverages. Our guests will enjoy our free hot breakfast buffet daily. If you're in a hurry, grab one of our 'On the Run' Breakfast Bags. Guests have access to wireless Internet access in the lobby and public areas, coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day and a USA Today Monday-Friday. We feature an outdoor pool, whirlpool and fitness center. We have meeting and banquet rooms with 1152 square feet of space.

    Excellent location, convenient to the airport. Great value for a quick overnight stay. Camara did an amazing job taking care of us.

    Dirty carpets and curtains that haven't changed since 1991. Stains on the furniture and linens. Dirty smelling rooms, wallpaper that is peeling off the walls in the rooms and hallways. This had to have been a motel 6 before Hilton bought it but they spent $0 in updates once they bought it. Dont book here, its bad enough for me to leave a review and I dont review anything.

    It was a very pleasant experience! Location is perfect when traveling to Miami or Tampa and need a place to stay overnight. Very clean rooms and breakfast area has good options for every taste.

    For those complaining about the location there are 3 restaurants within walking distance. There is also a HUGE shopping center about a 2 mile drive away with a LOT of options! The room here was older but was clean on our stay. Camara at check-in was very nice every time we saw her. The breakfast was good except wished it had some fresh fruit.

    Location and the rate was great! Close to the airport and with restaurants all around and plenty of spacious parking. Now for the downside, the rooms are severely outdated and the property needs a remodel. I am a Diamond member and had to ask for the water when I arrived to the front desk and I did not receive any snacks. I didn't mind about the snacks but just that experience tells me plenty about the customer service at this property. Needs improvement big time! Definitely not staying at this property again.
