DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!! Terrible customer service, horrible housekeeping, subpar breakfast, and uncomfortable rooms. They tried to charge more than double my rate AFTER I had already paid. I had proof of payment, they threatened charges because we were "combative" toward them. Spend your money at somewhere else, where you will feel like a valued customer, because this is not that.

My husband I were traveling to NC for a wedding on September 20, 2025. We decided to stop at the Hampton Inn on The night of the 18th to meet friends for dinner at Longhorn which was conveniently located next door to the hotel. We had a wonderful dinner, a great night’s sleep and beautiful breakfast the next day. When we took our things to the car we discovered our fob was missing and could not access our car. Longhorn was closed. Kedeisha Ferguson came to our rescue. She had an after hours phone number for the restaurant and we got the Longhorn staff to look for our fob. Kedeisha also took our belongings so they would be safe. Just when I was talking to a tow company an employee from Longhorn came running up with our fob. It had fallen out of my husband’s pocket when he went in his packet for his wallet. Saved us almost $1000 - to tow our car to the dealership and have a new fob made. Thank you!

When having to leave for an early morning flight, I tend to book a room at a hotel near the airport for the sake of time and limiting the stress of morning traffic! A stay at the Hampton Inn prior to beginning my vacation started it off on the right foot! Parking was a breeze! Check-in was quick and fun! My husband likes to try to embarrass me in front of people we don’t know but this time it backfired on him! The hotel staff quickly realized his intentions and played along with me dishing it right back at him. The room was very spacious! The furnishings were expertly chosen with the flow of the room in mind! The bed felt like heaven with a pillow-top mattress and extra pillows! The shower pressure was great but the water heater could’ve been turned up to be a tad warmer! The quick, traffic-free drive to the airport the next morning was amazing! What a great way to begin vacation!
