    I'm not sure but they might be in the process or remodeling the rooms. I thought the mattress would be a pillow top like they've always had at Hampton inns but it was not and I could tell as I didn't sleep as well. The bathroom door would not stay shut it's a slider. Looks like the bathroom could use a little remodel but the rest of the room was nice. Always were nice looks like new carpet new wallpaper.

    Very good breakfast options. Room was clean - small issues of the light above the mirror in the bathroom was not working and the clock had the incorrect time and we could not adjust / correct it.

    My husband and I stayed the weekend here for my birthday. Our stay was great! The staff, Ms. Bella and Reginald were really sweet. There was also another young lady, with glasses, from Saturday (12/20) evening that was very helpful as well! We will definitely return!

    Mrs. Krystal at the front counter made my stay in Jacksonville such a wonderful time. Her smile and friendly demeanor was a great thing to return to after my long work days out of town. I also had the great honor of meeting the sales director Beth. She was pleasantly welcoming as well and made me feel like family. I stay at Hilton hotels often and feel that this hotel lives up to the standards that they should all live up to. The room was well kept and clean. The hvac system was working as it should. No plumbing issues at all. Could not be more pleased with my time spent here.
