    Worst location ever Accident booked wrong date and had to pay twice Im diamond member more than 300 stays with hilton and they losing a custumer over $94 dolars Bad custumer service from property manager and hilton corporate Shame on you Just just lost thousands of dolars from me over $94 I serve 6 different states with my business and I was just using you guys for the past 2 years Now I’ll just start using Marriot and airbnb Which has a way better Custumer service than you guys

    The night auditor and housekeeping staff were very nice. Room was completely clean, soft towels, and very comfortable beds. Room was also an amazing temperature when we checked in.

    Elevator bangs and clunks when it took us to the 3rd floor. Off the elevator the hallway smelled of a weird chemical smell. When we opened the door to the room there was a worse odor. We did get use to the smell but not nice. Bed was comfy, the shower did not have shampoo or body wash. One was empty and the other missing. Makes you wonder how clean the room is if housekeeping doesn’t notice. Breakfast was poor as well, no orange juice and microwaved eggs and meat.

    Our original room 522 smelled AWFUL like wet dog or maybe the carpet was washed and not dried properly. At 11:30 we complained and the front desk lady changed our room. She wasn't the friendliest person but she did change it. The new room was clean and didn't smell... now by far the best part of the entire stay is Ms.Tina who works breakfast. Every person is her family and she is the most outgoing and nicest person in Jacksonville. We will go back just to see Ms.Tina again!

    The room was clean and more spacious than expected. Bathroom was nice but a bit small for this spacious room. We had the king bed suite. We stayed three nights for a golf tournament and the bed was comfortable. It was a very cold weekend so it was nice that the heater worked well in the room... The hotel itself is well maintained but it does show its age. Service was great with Front desk, housekeeping and breakfast. Hotel is well located by stores, restaurants and the highway. And not far from Jax Beach pier. I'd still recommend this hotel.
