***Health Hazard*** Black mold everywhere and the smell of it is so strong. I lasted a few hours and I had to switch to another hotel. Hilton was great but not this properly! They looked at me like I was in the wrong. Until this is resolved I’d find another hotel!

⚠️ HEALTH WARNING: BLACK MOLD & UNSAFE CONDITIONS ⚠️
Do not stay at this hotel until it’s completely renovated. We had to switch rooms twice because of black mold, and even the third room had visible traces. The air smelled musty the moment we walked in — a clear sign of moisture and mold throughout the building.
The carpets were heavily stained, the elevators were filthy, and nearly every metal fixture and bathroom surface showed rust and corrosion. It’s obvious this property hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years.
The only positive was the front desk staff — they were polite, apologetic, and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, their kindness can’t make up for the serious health risks and unsafe environment.
This place needs to be inspected and shut down for mold remediation. Do yourself a favor — stay somewhere else.

AVOID **** The bed broke during my stay without much pressure applied to it. There was sharp medal protruding from both sides causing bodily injury. The bed frame was heavily scratched and damaged. The staff was veey nonchalant. Manager follow up was inconsistent, When I tried to follow up I was nicely disregarded by front desk Tara and crew. Hilton should remove this hotel from their listing and request that the owner discontinue using the hilton brand name .In conclusion basically a dangerous, Motel 6, subpar experience.

Do not stay here! The entire building is infested in mold and mildew and upon entering the rooms, you’re greeted with a strong sour odor of old mildew and mold. Plus the appliances are rusty and unsanitary my son and I had a terrible experience staying here after his little league Football game. We even went to the pool and it was not clean. We then got locked out of the building from the pool area because the key/card reader stopped working randomly. We had to walk all the way around and verified with front desk if the card was deactivated and it was not. This building is in great despair and in need of a Hilton Renovation. Spend the few extra dollars and reserve a better hotel. Maybe Marriott since Hilton is allowing this property to ruin their brand reputation. Will not stay here anymore.

First of all, my exprience was horrible. I am not writing this comment because I had bad experiences, my goal for managment to understand that paying customers are very savvy.

The person who checked us had a large Cross chain on his neck without name tag.
We were not greeted as a hotel staff greet thier customers. I came to find out later on that the man who checked us was the General Manager.
No toilet tissues in the bathroom, saw a roach in the bathroom ,the carpet looked old and dirty. Air conditional electric wires were on the floor. The fan in the bathroom above the sink was dirty and full of dust.

I went to the lobby to get food, the Yogurt cups felt worm, there was no ice on the yogurt cups.
The front desk lady and the breakfast attendant were sitting in the dining room listening to rap music.
The staff in the morning seemed like they did not want to be there, no hospitality, good morning and how was your stay.

We asked for the room to be cleaned, there were three housekeeping staff outside my room. we came back at 10 pm, the room was not touched.we
Had to wait in the lobby in ordered for our room to be cleaned.
It was not pleasant exprience, no oppoligy or Thank you.
I hope the managment will train and improve customer service to ensure Hilton promise and vision are enforced.
