I explained that my son has a disability and he needed to be in a cooling environment. Nothing happened but a simple box fan so we had to sleep with our room door open. Spoke to jentorria the next morning and she moved us to room 322. Said she will provide a discounted rate. She left at check out so I called the manager Julie or Julien and received nothing. Not a phone call back. It's been 48 hours and the only resolution came from customer service. Will never stay at this hotel again
