I would challenge the two main AI summarized complaints here…$15 gated parking in a major city hotel is not expensive, I’ve often paid $50-75 per night for self-parking before. And the room size was comparable to virtually every other basic king room at this price point. The staff were simply amazing, particularly the ladies at the desk and the breakfast service. Boundless enthusiasm and energy coupled with a commitment to service and professionalism. Kudos to management for setting the bar high in hiring practices for all positions. Room was clean as a whistle. Elevators were abnormally warm in contrast to all other public spaces which were well air conditioned, that’s my only constructive criticism. It’s across from the Treaty Oak which is a must see and about seven minutes walk down Flagler to the Southbank Riverwalk which was wonderful. Very well lit, well attended and very safe even at night. Great location and the price point for the room, booked hours before arrival on a Saturday night, was very reasonable compared to the comparable hotels in the area. Free hot breakfast is a perk.

Good place to stay. Area appear to be safe. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast looked delicious. We arrived downstairs too late to eat the breakfast but I was able to see the food before the doors closed to the food service area. It was easy to travel to the sports complex just a few miles away. Would say again.

Extremely loud people in the lobby. Phone in room was not connected and cord broken. Complained through the app with no results. People didn't go to bed until 330am got less than 2 hours sleep and had to drive the whole next day. Service should have done something.

Came to Jax for a mini conference that was at the Downtown Jacksonville Library. This hotel was 1.2 miles away, walkable or quick drive. The customer service was great, Terrell assisted me several times. He has a very helpful and warm personality. Clean hotel, great location.
