The best part about this hotel has to be Miss Tina who runs the breakfast area. She clearly cares a lot about what she does and making sure everyone gets a breakfast they are happy with. She knows when the construction workers come each week and preps extra of what she knows they like and will take a lot of. She shared with us that a new flavor of waffle was coming and that she hoped the visitors would like it. Someone who cares about what they do like this and how others enjoy it will always do good in their role, please recognize what you have! If I wasn't on vacation and could have poached her, I absolutely would have! The rest of the hotel was clean and we'll maintained. The rooms were neat and the AC was great. Big showers and full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

Service Animal Denied! On October 12, 2025 I was denied my dog as a service animal. After stating that my dog provides services for PTSD and Anxiety, the Front Desk staff (Melissa) stated that per "Hotel Policy" PTSD and Anxiety are not considered a disability and the dog is considered an emotional support dog. I immediately stated that this was a violation of Tittle III of the ADA (42 U.S.C. §12182) and 28 C.F.R. §§ 36.104 and 36.302(c). It clearly states that "Any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with disability, including physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability." PTSD and Anxiety are considered a Psychiatric disability and therefore a properly trained dog is considered a service dog. I asked to speak to a manager but they were not available until the morning. Then I asked for a copy of the Policy and the staff could not provide such policy. I was offered to check in my dog as an emotional support animal and to pay for the Pet Fee. I obviously declined canceling my reservation. Update!! I updated my review to 2 stars because I cannot hold everyone accountable for just one individual. The General Manager (Sharon) reached out and stated that there is no such policy that specifically states that PTSD and anxiety are not considered a disability. They do have a general Service Animal policy where is states what they can and can't ask the customer. The General Manager was very polite and apologized for the matter and stated that she will be offering immediate training to all staff in the hotel.
