We have stayed here in the past, and it was great. We checked in this past Friday, for a two night stay. The room was clean when we arrived and our first night was perfect. On the second day, we visited the buffet breakfast and saw two kids not using utensils to grab sausages and bacon, needless to say we didn't eat that. That evening the a/c in our room wasn't cooling good at all it was like 78 in our room. I called front desk to see if they had another room for us, they said no we don't. About midnight, we started hearing loud running thumping noise coming directly about us, it was a couple kids running back n fourth. We called the front desk to ask them to please stop, the agent told us they would handle it. It went on another 30 plus mins. Lack of sleep, gross buffet, warm air and an incompetent staff are the reasons we will NOT be staying here again
We asked for the general manager of the property at checkout, we were told there is no manager on weekends, he is off!

We stayed here before our cruise. The hotel lobby was clean, but there was a strong smell coming from certain areas (almost smelled like gas). The reception food was fine. The breakfast was fine.
But that's where any positive feedback stops. The couch smelled like vomit and one side was completely caved in. The AC in our room was broken, which was the viggest provlem. We called the front desk and asked for a fan. The woman at the desk said she'd send maintenance. After an hour of waiting, we called back. She said maintenance knocked but no one answered. We confirmed the room number and she said she'd send them back.
We sat with the door open waiting for them and no one showed. Instead, we had to deal with two drunk women trying to get us to go down to the hot tub. After waiting another hour, we just gave up.
When we checked out, I was asked how my stay was. The woman at the desk seemed shocked and said she would notify the manager, but never apologized for the inconvenience. At this point, we'd rather stay at a Red Roof Inn before staying at this Embassy.

We have been a family of this location for many years and my daughter has ahd birthdays at this location but i was very disappointed in our last visit the pool was closed and i called 1hr or so before arriving and they didnt tell us until we showed up that someone dropped glass in the pool the night before. I asked them what they could do to compt us because the whole purpose of the booking was for the pool and they said they could not do anything for us which was highly disappointing. And God for bid you need maintenance i called multiple times for them to come look at the ac in the living room and no one ever showed up i called every hour from 8pm to 2am . On another note breakfast was good as always and the bartenders were very nice.

When you walk in the front door its really exceptional, lobby, bar, restaurant and the atrium but that is as far as it goes. Oh free parking. Our room 249 was subpar for this particular brand Hilton franchises. We had a 2 room 2bed suite. Our couch was filthy, the arms were black with dirt and had rips in the seams. There were a few holes in the walls, this week was very cold for Fl upper 30's, could not turn on heat we were cold. The balcony was dirty chipping paint on the railings and the floor was just as bad, maybe worst. No chairs to sit on. Its sad that Hilton Worldwide Holding Inc. does not keep closer tabs on their franchises. I am a HGV gold member and owner. Oh I forgot the pool and hot tub is out of service 11/15 maybe for a month or so. Last weekend some idiot guess broke some type of glass container into the pool so they need a contra tor to drain and resurface the pool and refill.

My family and I stayed here while in town for surgery at the Mayo Clinic. I booked two suites for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. One of the reservations was for a “Two-Bedroom Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds.” I even confirmed twice over the phone with customer support that it was indeed a two-bedroom suite.
When we checked in, we found out “two bedrooms” actually meant one bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa. This caused major issues for our group size. The front desk staff had never been inside the rooms themselves, so they couldn’t really help or clarify.
The room descriptions are misleading and should be updated to reflect what guests are actually getting. On top of that, the cleanliness didn’t match what other reviews claimed. We found multiple wolf spiders during our stay and our rooms were not cleaned our entire stay. We won’t be returning.
