I recently visited my best friend at Embassy Suites before her return home, and I just have to recognize Jay, the engineer who assisted us. From the moment we mentioned the issue with the heater, Jay went completely out of his way to help.
Not only did he address the problem quickly and efficiently, but he was incredibly informative throughout the process and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. His respectful and professional demeanor immediately stood out. What truly impressed me was that even after fixing the issue, he made it a point to circle back and check on us to ensure everything was working properly and to offer further assistance.
Even though he was clearly very busy, he never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. Instead, he made us feel like truly valued guests. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about his character and work ethic.
This hotel is seriously lucky to have Jay on their team. He absolutely went the extra mile, and his exceptional customer service made a lasting impression.
It has been a while since we stayed at an Embassy Suites, and stepping into this one was like stepping back 25 years. Everything is clean and well maintained, however the dark wood finishes and dim lighting are dated and unappealing. Even the air in the place tastes old. The guests were mainly business travelers, who I think like it because of the bar. Speaking of which, the evening happy hour, which use to be so great at ES, has devolved into a drink with the cheapest imaginable liquor and pitiful hors d’oeuvres; hummus and chips. Come on. The front desk was cordial, but the first suite smelled of smoke, the second had a plumbing repair in progress, and the third, finally, we could stay in. The suite was as you would expect at ES, but again, dated. In the evening, there was a strange individual wandering the lobby who obviously did not belong there. That was disquieting. We asked about it at the front desk, however nothing was done. The individual finally left on his own accord. Breakfast, an ES hallmark, was indeed very good. However, the omelette chef could be more skilled. The location is excellent. Good restaurants are nearby. Overall, it was a good stay, but not the top notch stay I could always count on at ES back in my business travel days. It's pretty clear the bean counters are in charge of the chain, and the shine has worn off quite a bit. It's still fine for an overnight, if the price is right.

Fiancé and I did a lot of research before picking a hotel for our trip... this was one of the highest rated hotels, but I feel like it's not quite deserving. I've stayed at far better for far less.
This hotel isn't awful! The bedroom being separated from the living room is very nice. Being able to close the bedroom door helps keep the noise from the lobby and elevators out. Happy Hour gets loud, and because the hallways are open to the lobby and bar on the first floor, the sound carries.
TVs are okay. They have cable, but no streaming services. We were able to connect our HDMI to ours at least so we could watch our anime.
Parking is not free. Wish I had seen that before we booked.
Not all the bathrooms are the same, we unfortunately were not able to get a room with a walk-in shower like we'd requested. The water temp and pressure was good though. Cheap thin toilet paper (to be expected, I suppose.)
The fridges in the rooms aren't just mini fridges... they are micro fridges. If you like to eat and try new places and take home leftovers, I suggest bringing a cooler.
The kitchen counter also does not have utensils, doesn't have any kitchenware besides two glasses and two paper coffee cups, and no napkins or paper towels.
I'd read several reviews stating the beds here were dreamy soft. Lies. They're firm. Not cardboard/military firm, definitely softer than that, but my shoulders and back definitely were aching when I woke up each morning.
There were mysterious white stains/stuff on the curtains.... Ignored that best I could.
Service was great! The housekeeping ladies were all very sweet and helpful!
Walmart and lots of places to eat and shop and play are all very close by.
I'd say this hotel is best for a single night or so. Not an extended stay.
Super impressed with this location! Rooms were slightly dated and dim, but the other perks make up for it. Hilton Gold get water bottles at check in, plus a snack from the snack shop. Lots of kids and families at this hotel. There is a snack time from 5pm until 6:30pm, which has free chips, salsa, ranch, salad, goldfish, snack mix and 2 free drinks. Pool is warm and the hot tub is right there in the same indoor location. There is also fresh towels in the pool area. Breakfast is a standout for this hotel. Custom made omelettes, plenty of thick cut bacon, sausages, eggs, breakfast potatoes and plenty of cereal. Juices, milk, coffee and soda is also available. Very impressed that the F&B Director was personally refilling the line with piles of freshly cooked food 5 minutes before breakfast ended. The GM of the hotel walked around at breakfast to ensure all Guests were having a good stay. It’s my first stay at a Hilton property in a long time where I felt it lived up to the name!
I and my husband were here for valentine’s weekend and were so disappointed that our king size bedroom suite had electrical wiring issues with an empty soap dispenser in the shower, but just when I thought we would give a bad review, we were blessed to meet Ms. Mattie Spikes, who had us laughing as she made sure everyone was ok and in a clean environment. We even saw Ms. Mattie acting as a team player, by helping clean up other tables for her coworkers. Everyone enjoyed her smile, quality customer service and the way she kept us in a clean environment. Clutter causes depression, and I pray this company knows how special Ms. Matte Spikes is for keeping the restaurant and lobby free from clutter. A lady was upset because they ran out of grits at 9:00am but I saw Ms. Mattie apologize to her after the cook told the lady they were out in a mean way. Zack and Theo was amazing and fun as they made our omelettes and Theo told funny fun jokes and was a cool team player! We will definitely return with hopes that they fix the electrical wiring in room 251.
