Rooms were nice, hotel was very clean overall. Great breakfast and snacks. Loved the complimentary drinks. The kids got free water and a free cookie which made their day. Indoor pool was awesome as well as the hot tub. My brother loved the workout room. Only downside was whatever they put in the water at the pool/ hot tub it turned my ring black which ruined it (and yes it's a real white gold ring) and gave my brother a skin rash all over other than his neck up that didn't touch the water. The rooms and hotel smell a little fishy I guess from seafood options they have there ... I'm not sure. I have a sensitive nose so I kept smelling it but my brother only Smelled it periodically. The stay was really nice overall. I do wish the trash cans were a little bigger in the rooms. The paying extra for parking I personally think is ridiculous.

We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites. We were just passing through for one night as a family with two teenage boys, and it did not disappoint. The rooms were large, spacious, and very clean, which made it easy for everyone to be comfortable. The only thing missing was a smart TV, but that was a very minor downside. Google may list this as a 3-star hotel, but I would easily give it 4 stars. Breakfast was excellent. Omelette station, bacon, pancakes, and just about everything a hungry American could want in the morning. Very family-friendly atmosphere too. We saw parents with kids of all ages, which made it feel welcoming and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice. However, this is our second time staying at a Hilton expecting a little class and got disappointed. Once again, the pool/hot tub experience was ruined by 7 screaming children splashing about with inattentive parents. When we respectfully reached out to the staff asking if this was anything they could do and they hung up. I know I sound like a Karen here but come on.. just once we would like to relax and enjoy the amenities at the Hilton.

If have stayed here several times before. This is the first time I have ever had a problem. I will not being staying here ever again. I arrived 12/31 around 10 pm. The man who checked me in explained that since the next day is a holiday that breakfast would be 7am to 10:30am. So I went to breakfast I was there at 9:04am and I was told I couldn’t get breakfast cause it was cut off at 9 am. I then went to the desk and explain what I was told and show them my yellow paper which had the times. She goes and talks to the staff in the kitchen and I was allowed in. Mind you there 16 people in front of me. Instead of waiting I went around to look at the others things they which was absolutely NOTHING. Very upset ! And I just went back up to my room. $150 a night!!! Ridiculous! As I’m sitting in my room I see a roach crawling on the floor. Disgusting!!! The the last day before we check out at 11am house keeping just walks into our room at 8:45 am! I will never stay here again. And my distant family will not either.
