  This hotel is very bad in everything. The service is bad and also not clean so they don't have hot water to take a shower. I never recommend choosing.

  Location is superb for events in the downtown area with excellent views of river Ruth Chris Steakhouse is always impressive!! Rooms- really really not only need updating - bathrooms old rugs etc but filthy !!! The bathroom floor and outside balcony had not been mopped there was food on floor and dirty marks. Not stains I was able to clean them off with towel. Disgusting The rug in room really dirty also old but dirty. Disgusting I was afraid to put anything down or walk around barefoot The bathroom was atrocious . It appeared that the shower had not been cleaned shower doors dirty tub dirty I had to wipe it up with towel Bed smelled clean and towels smelled clean.

  ATTENTION YOUTH SPORT FAMILIES: Avoid at all costs. This is not the hotel to bring kids that need space to play and make memories. This is not the hotel to gather as parents in the lobby and enjoy your nights. Hotel security is loud and rude about being in common areas. On top of that: rugs are dirty, paint is peeling off the walls, rooms aren't really clean, beds are small, bathrooms are smaller, ENTIRE hotel smells like weed, breakfast is underwhelming, bar closes at 11, there's nowhere to eat unless you want to pay for Ruth's Chris. If it's a Stay-N-Play....pick any other option.

  The rooms are very out dated! Stains on outdated carpet. Rusted legs on an old paint chipped vanity in the bathroom and the bathroom smelled of urine. I’m sure our suite was very nice back in the day, but currently not so much. On the plus side the shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. This is the second DoubleTree we’ve stayed at with the same issues. We’re changing brands.

  This a shame to Hilton. The bathroom is not being cleaned before my arrival. Stains are on the bathtub. The glass door is a pain when the water is too hot for me to turn it off and clean the tub with my own hands. No outlet for me to do iron without run it in the bathroom which is not thoughtful design, not user friendly. The coffee maker is another joke without outlet at where it was stored and I have make extra effort to remove it from the cabinet and find an outlet for coffee. The room is noisy and you can hear the elevator moving all day long. No worth for the money. Staff are not friendly. No microwave in room like mentioned in google. Hilton needs to catch up with the way how people live. Uber eats cannot support my needs when staying here. Food options are not great with the food service in this hotel.
