Only issue we ran into was the AC was on 65 when we entered the room and since it was starting to get cool and rainy we put the heat on which did not work. We called the front desk and Maintenance came up made the necessary change and stated it would start to warm up within 5 mins. After 20 mins it only raised a couple of degrees and decided to shut the system off and not deal with it. Not often you have to have heat on but hopefully there are checks in place to verify units work for guests.
