  I travel through JAX often for work and have been staying here lately because it's nice enough and convenient location to the airport. Every time I stay here however there is a new fee or new hassle. Like a sudden fee to park at the hotel you're paying to stay at. Leyah at the counter is especially unhelpful.

  We were heading out of town for 8 days and booked our vehicle for parking here through another site. This is the second time we've parked here and it's been great! This time we had an earlier flight out so we decided to drive in and stay the night so we didn't have to get up at 3:30 am. So glad we did! We got a premium king, though I don't imagine it's much different that a regular king, but it was roomy enough, clean, and the bed was comfy! The check in went smoothly and the front desk staff were pleasant and willing to help with anything we asked. It was so great to be able to stay over a night and get 8 days of parking (thru another site) for less than what some of the parking places cost. When i booked the room, I upgraded our booking to include breakfast. I assume it would be a typical hotel breakfast buffet, but much to our delight, it was a sit down, order-off-the-menu meal. Since we were expecting a buffet, we didn't give ourselves a whole lot of time, but thankfully, we got down there early enough and the service was fairly quickly... AND the food was great! ... so much better than the typical fair! As long as their prices remain similar, this is a no-brainer for us!

  They over sold their hotel, they didn’t call email or anything. so now my family and I are stranded looking for a hotel at midnight in a town we’ve never been to. Super frustrating that there was zero communication or updates prior to us coming.

  Ok where to begin, I was in Florida at the crown plaza for a ladies conference for the weekend, not only did the hotel employees go above and beoynd for us but they all showed genuine care for us as we navigated this event held away from home. The food that was served was top notch...well actually every meal served was delicious and served in a very pleasant timely fashion. I personally was extremely greatful to return to my room after a long day to see that my room was clean and even my toiletries were organized and placed neatly on a towel (this made me want to do better for myself, and now I definitely will!!! Lol) I could go on and on about how accommodating the shuttle service was and how kind everyone was but I have to end this here! I hope to be back soon and hope this review helps you make the decision to stay here, I'm sure you won't be disappointed 💗 💖 Thank you all for a lovely stay.

  Nice hotel though little in the room besides a refrigerator. Also with only an outdoor pool wasn’t able to swim. Lastly my only other gripe was paying $10 a night to park in an area that clearly was not a resort area surrounded by free parking at stores, they should do away with that, seems cheap and unnecessary. Rooms were nice , but for the price could have more in the room The woman in the dining room was outstanding, and really appreciated her time and kindness, with our grandson, she was great as was the breakfast which was free
