    This hotel was pretty solid overall, but heads up—you’re gonna get some unexpected cardio. A lot of the floors require taking stairs, and the place is kinda spread out like someone designed it after a few too many margaritas. You can tell it used to be a buzzing, busy spot back in its prime, but now it feels just a touch outdated, like it’s holding onto its glory days with a tight grip. Still decent, just definitely could use a refresh.

    The carpet in the room was dirty and dusty. The rooms are outdated. I also noticed the sheets were dirty and roaches were crawling in the room. I called downstairs to switch rooms and was told they didn’t have any more available rooms for the night but they could come up and spray. Poor customer service and filthy rooms.

    Booked 2 rooms here for Sunday night. Check-in was great, staff was friendly. We had to pay for parking which was totally ridiculous considering there were about 4 cars in the lot near our building. The building (#5) looks to under renovation and was old and musty. The reservation was presented like it was a “club/exclusive” floor that we would need to use our key to access. The hallways were dirty with maybe chipped off paint and one of the rooms had hair on and around the toilet, toilet looked recently used and there were water/soap/toothpaste splatter on the bathroom mirror. After phoning the front desk they changed my room. The room was a bit cleaner, but still not up to where it should be. The coffee pot had a used pod in it and there were not any coffee pods for the morning and a light was out in the bathroom. The property is definitely under a remodel or renovation and you should put that on your website. Your photo’s misrepresent the rooms. I worked at a Crowne Plaza in Atlanta back in the early 2000’s and this was not our standard. Do better IHG!

    I have been staying at this property for over 10 years and unfortunately …recently it’s going downhill in many ways. Now they have a third-party vendor handling parking which there has never been a fee to park and there’s no reason for there to be…. Apparently, they changed hospitality vendors in the kitchen recently, and the food really went downhill. The burger patties felt super cheap and low end. They used to serve a nice steakhouse style burger and for $19.00 it should be. The patties are now smaller than a $1 menu burger at McDonalds. The complaints on the food was a common theme at the bar. Someone also took the opportunity to add more tip than I wrote out on my card. I caught it the next day and notified the hotel which researched it, found my original copy and confirmed it was entered for more than I wrote down. Fast-forward two days later, and although I used a code for parking at the front desk gave me due to my diamond status. I was still charged $15 from their third-party parking vendor and I am fighting a battle to get that money back. I also have a valid receipt from them that shows the original parking was comped with the hotel Code. Super additional annoyances with these third-party parking vendors.

    Check-in was 3 my room was not ready until 530 we had to roam around town after a long flight for 2.5 hours. I spoke to manager her offered me a free parking pass even though I had no car to park. Shuttle says every 15 mins waited over 40 mins and had to call to get service. Hotel looks very old and outdated like the keep decorating but not fixing the chipped paint on our door etc. Not worth it with so many options around
