They charge our card. We get home and they still double charged us. He tried disputing the charges however they kept the money and would not refund him. Nearly $1,000 for a 3 nights stay we didn’t get. Months later still nothing. No offer to book other nights nothing!

The staff I can’t same enough great things about, Katie’s hospitality was exceptional to say the least! Sophia was kind enough to personally go search our room for a lost item after we left. Highly recommend Jacksonville Beach Best Western! 10 out of 10 for sure! We will be back!
