  Deje mi Carro en el hotel para ir al aeropuerto y fue una experiencia terrible . Por la demora , MAs de 2 horas, que es lo Que prometen . ( cada hora ) mentira Hablo del servicio de airport parking muy mal servicio no tiene unas instrucciones y tuve que pagar un uber por que nunca llegaron por mi

  The location is convenient with easy access to major attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. However, the room felt a bit dated, and I was hoping for a more modern vibe. Overall, it was a decent experience but there's room for improvement.

  Was charged twice for the hotel room. Manager, Sabrina advised it was an error and would immediately be refunded upon check out however, I wasn’t. I called back to receive a call from another manager, Tyrone and haven’t heard back. My account has overdraft and I was charged a fee because of this double charge. I also ordered a steak from the restaurant that was burnt on the inside and completely uncooked red on the inside. I’m pretty sure that’s a health hazard. Not the best customer service. The bartenders were amazing despite everything.

  Over the past six months, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on multiple occasions, and what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff and its great location. The highlight of my stays has been the breakfast experience—consistently amazing thanks to Lynda. Her hospitality and hard work ensure everything is clean, organized, and welcoming. She genuinely makes each morning a great start to the day.

  I wanted to provide my feedback on a stay I had at the Holiday Inn at the Fort Lauderdale Airport location, 2905 Sheridan Street. Anywhere between someone else’s underwear, a urine-stained toilet seat, no soap in the shower to a dirty bed and someone’s toe/fingernails on the carpet, I did not know that part of my stay had to accept this type of filth. After my first night, I approached the front desk and gave Joe a list of my issues. I wrote them down instead of blurting them out loud to save embarrassment to Joe and the hotel in general. The house keeping staff was able to address those issues, making the room much better for my 2nd night. As anyone would do, thinking that they should not be the one bringing up issues similar to mine, up with the staff at any Holiday Inn and having them address these common housekeeping tasks, I requested to be reimbursed for 1 of the nights. I talk with the hotel manager Sabrina, and she offered an amount back to me that I thought did not justify the troubles I went through AND requested that I talk with the General Manager – Mike. Since 3/24/2026, I have left the initial message with Sabrina and 2 other messages with the front desk, (3/25 and 3/26) but without any response back from Mike. The last point I wanted to make was that when I checked out on Tuesday, I was asked how my stay and my reply was was…, “Just ok” and the response I received was…, “that’s great, I am glad you enjoyed your stay”. I knew then that there was definitely a lack or poor training being done. That lady did not even hear what I said and generically, replied with a response that wasn’t too personal from my initial response. Since I am not a valued customer, I will dispute the entire stay with my bank and am thinking of going with another chain of hotels for my personal and business pleasures.
