  I would strongly recommend not booking this hotel. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of false advertising when it comes to what is actually being offered versus what you see online. The photos make the property look much nicer and more updated than it really is. While outdated rooms alone wouldn’t necessarily be a dealbreaker, the real issue is the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms. From the moment you walk in, there is a strong smell of mold and humidity that does not go away, even with the air conditioning running constantly. The odor makes the room feel damp and uncomfortable, which is very concerning for both comfort and health reasons. The walls and doors appear dirty and poorly maintained, and the bathroom door clearly shows significant water damage along the bottom, indicating long-term moisture issues. It also looks like attempts were made to cover up mold on the ceiling simply by painting over it, but the spots are still visible and noticeable. On top of that, several fixtures — including the lamps — are visibly rusted and still being used in guest rooms, which gives the entire space a neglected and worn-down appearance. The sink also takes for ever to drain when all you did was wash your hands. Considering the hotel charges approximately $400 per night, the condition of the rooms is extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth that price point. For the amount being charged, guests should expect cleanliness, proper maintenance, and a comfortable environment — none of which were met during this stay. Overall, this experience did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising, and I would advise future travelers to look elsewhere. Pictures attached speak for themselves. You will also get a "resort fee" added to your total. I see management replied to my review and many others stating they're sorry for not meeting our standards but clearly they have been having these problems for a long time (other reviews prove it) and absolutely nothing has been done about it. Its pretty disappointing. Do better before you play with people's money and health (the smell and appearance of mold in the room).

  Mi experiencia fue horrible con el personal nos trataron muy mal nos gritaron , no me asistieron con el parqueo tube que pagarlo en otro lado aparte . La señora mayor que me atendio allí sentí que de tan mal que nos trataron era discrimination por no hablar bien ingles por hablar español! No me cambiaron las sabanas, no me ayudaron en mi.check in . Estube con el baño trancado un dia completo sin que nadie me ayudara. Y finalmente antes de irme al hacer el check out me atendio el manager el cual intento remendar la situación que sucedió muy amablemente! No volveria a hospedarme alli . La gente que atiende es muy desagradable y discrimina a los Latinos que pagan por una vacaciones dignas.

  A pretty nice place to stay. Pretty obviously dated and run cheaply but no real complaints. Had some cool features for kids that my son liked. My keys got randomly deactivated twice which was annoying after a long day wanting to get back in my room. Front desk people were super nice and are 5/5. Location was great. Parking was good and included but real tight. It's like a motel type situation that is enclosed. Lots of noise at night from nearby rooms.

  Christine was amazing. Was a rough start when we got there unfortunately our door lock was dead. She contacted GM to get it replaced as I it didn’t want to have my belongings get stolen I secured them in my car while they resolved the problem. Took my girl out to dinner for valentine in the meantime. Came back everything was working. On top of the busy traffic she had with customers. still took care of me even under all that stress. She was amazing even with the hiccups she made the experience a pleasure.

  Honestly, this place is a joke. Like several other reviews, the pictures are EXTREMELY misleading. This stay was booked last June, for this past Thursday. It was for just one night. Unfortunately, we had some mishaps and didn’t arrive till midnight. We drove 11 hours and found the lady at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all with anything regarded parking options for the cruise ports. The parking garage has really tight parking with metal construction trash every where. Even though this was booked eight months ago, our room was directly beside the vending machines. There’s no noise insulation. You hear everything. The water pressure was very weak — we found the water pressure to be better on the cruise ship. The room smelled. The linen smelled musty. There were rugs hiding flooring that was missing LVP all together. Some linens were stained. You could hear EVERY door slam around you. It was the worst hotel experience ever, after driving 11 hours. If we weren’t wondering if someone was going to barge into the room — because you had to finagle the door to get it close and lock all the way, I was wondering if our Lexus was going to get broken into. Thankfully, somehow, our cabin on the cruise ship was light years better than this eight hour stay. Wish I could get my $228 back, but a lesson was learned. Don’t come here.
