SUSAN, one of the managers nasty and unprofessional. Excused me, the paying guest, of causing chaos because I wanted to sleep in a clean, sanitary room.

The property looked dangerous the moment I arrived. I genuinely feared for my safety the entire time. The room was extremely cold and uncomfortable, and the overall condition felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. There was hair in the shower, which immediately made me question the cleanliness standards. It did not feel sanitary at all. Check-in was late and disorganized. The staff was not helpful and showed no concern when I expressed how uncomfortable I felt. I even requested to move to another hotel and offered to pay the difference myself just to feel safe and comfortable, but there was no effort made to assist me. I was utterly disappointed. The only positive part of this experience was leaving the property. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location to think twice.
