  No check in lobby, unfriendly staff, ran out of food did not replenish, only 2 tables to eat at a so called complimentary breakfast very crowded. only 1 time for shuttle to port after lunch. Sketchy neighborhood

  I planned for 5 days and didn't aware about bedbugs, roches here in this hotel. On 3rd day, observed itching on my legs and later on its spread on body and did early check out.. Still after one week returning I am having bad itching. And about airport shuttle, I called in afternoon and front desk guy said that once you land and collect your bags we have to call them and shuttle will come. And I called them after collecting bags they said it will take minimum 45 mins and scold on phone that why I didn't book in advance.. this is really scam.. they don't want to book in advance and then scold to us. And same happened while returning, I asked them to book in noon and then booked for next day.. finally took uber and didn't wait for shuttle. Please avoid to stay here if you can.

  Our room and my friend’s room both had bed bugs. The floor smelled bad and was clearly not cleaned. The AC was fixed at one temperature, and neither hot nor cold settings worked. Breakfast was very poor — one day everything was empty and we kept waiting for the items to be refilled. The receptionist was unhelpful and didn’t seem to understand even basic English.

  Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I stayed in Room 106 from December 28–29 and had to leave at 3 a.m. because the bedroom was infested with roaches. I killed one and then saw three more, which made it impossible to stay. This is a serious cleanliness and health issue. Leaving in the middle of the night was not how my stay was supposed to end. I would not recommend staying here unless this issue is properly addressed.

  We stayed from December 23rd to December 27th. We experienced itching on our hands and legs throughout the entire vacation. On the last day, we noticed red bumps all over our hands and legs. We are sure these were caused by bed bugs. Additionally, the breakfast area is very small. It has only two tables with eight chairs. There are also two tables outside the breakfast room near the pool. The food was not refilled promptly, and we had to request refills several times. There is no bathtub or bathtub faucet in the room; it only has a shower. We do not recommend this hotel.
